@HOSTS- What happens to confiscated items from people in jail? Does Buzz keep them for himself? Can he use them? Are they returned after a prisoner is released?

It says "most" used items are put in the safe...does that mean some items have a finite use? If so, will we be made aware if an item (identified or not) is no longer in play?

BDH, regarding the first part of this post - you got on Quin's case for doing this about a different important civ role; why ask for information on a civ role? Anything we do get from the hosts here is way more likely to help baddies than us.

I wasn't asking about a civ role, I was asking for clarification on game mechanics, specifically how the various aspects of the items work. There's a BIG difference between seeking role clarification from the host and pointing a finger at a player as potentially being a key civ role. I don't feel I "got on Quin's case" especially snce it was one simple comment. Personally, I try never to make public connections between a player and a civ role to keep their anonymity safe for as long as possible. Why bring undo attention to someone who may be our teammate?

In part since Matt voted for me, which makes me more likely to think he is a baddie. However, he is arrested today so I wouldn't advocate for his lynch, even if we could lynch him.

But this just adds to my point. You say Matt voted for you, and you think he is bad, and previously you referred to it as a save (correct me if I'm wrong?). And correct, Matt is not able to be voted for.... so all the more reason to vote for Scotty then, isn't it?

Why say Matt is bad, but refuse to consider voting for the guy he was theoretically saving? Because with the shenanigans at lynch's end, I'm kind of in favour of looking Scotty's way, and I'm baffled that you aren't, with what you're saying.

If you don't actually think Scotty is bad or was being saved, what makes you think the last-minute voters are bad? Just because they voted for you? Like, this isn't a giant collective NO U... right?

Again, I'm going to look back through Scotty's posts, because I feel like that lynch points to a possible save.

No I am strongly considering Scotty, but last night I was in a NO U kinda mood, so I wanted to lynch Matt first. As of right now I'm thinking of lynching Dom or Scotty.

Regarding the kill, I don't think the mafia tried to take out sig. As I said, that's ill-advised.

One of those goons tried to pop Mr. Yin. If that's the case, then they are going to have to lead Mr. Yin to the noose, but they aren't going to want to be obvious about it. Something to keep an eye out for.

I fail to see how this post isn't useful. I personally don't look for this kind of stuff a lot of the time. So when someone posts about it, it helps me out.

Nothing you have said since then has made me feel any better about you. You keep popping up with these suspicions of new players (I think we are up to 5, and I would bet against you having nailed all 3 baddies and both indy roles), do not bother explaining your reasoning why for any of these votes, and the only post of any quality I've seen was a response to sig, which ended with you threatening him if he voted for you and destroyed what little credibility I've seen from you.

And to BWT: I'm not voting Dom because Wilgy was. The only reason I mentioned Wilgy is because he had already voted for one of Dom or Epi that I said I would vote for if they had vote traction. Since I wrote that first message and didn't realize Wilgy had already voted for Dom, I went ahead and voted Dom instead of Sokoth. I don't know if Wilgy is bad or good.

This is not my best game, but it is what it is, and I still stand behind my gut reads of Epi/Dom/Sokoth even if I look fishy for it.

Night 2 - Did You Hear About Pluto?

Shawn and Gus strolled into the Santa Barbara Police Station and over to where Juliet was sitting at her desk. She smiled at them as they approached, "Hey guys, what's up?"

"We heard you had a suspect in for questioning and wanted to come watch you work," Shawn responded.

"Why do you always show up uninvited Spencer?" Lassiter said as he brushed past them, heading toward the interrogation room.

Shawn followed him, saying, "Come on Lassie, we're on this case too."

Gus leaned against the wall next to a bench where a pretty girl was sitting. "Hey," Gus tried his cool guy look and went on, "You hear about Pluto? That's messed up."

She gave him an odd look and Juliet interrupted, "Uh Gus? She's a prostitute." The woman lifted her hands to show the cuffs she was wearing. "You coming?" Juliet motioned to the interrogation room and Gus hurried after her, leaving the awkward situation behind.

Juliet, Shawn and Gus watched from behind the glass as Lassiter sat down across the table from Scotty. He looked over the file in front him for a moment, trying to make Scotty sweat.

Scotty broke, "Look man, why am I here?"

Lassiter smiled, it was a disconcerting thing to see, "Well Mr. Scotty. You are here because you've got motive and opportunity to kill MP. What do you have to say for yourself?"

Scotty looked bewildered, "But it wasn't me!"

"Well I've got a pretty angry group of people who seem damn sure it was you."

Chief Vick came in and knocked on the glass and Lassiter looked irritated as he came out of the interrogation room, "Why did you pull me out of there, he was about to break!"

Chief Vick pointed to the television which had live news coverage of Russtifinko's death by mob. He had tried to intercede to save his fiance Scotty from their bloodlust. Scotty saw it too and burst into wailing and mourning, "NooOooOOooo! I thought the new Star Trek movie was the worst thing to happen to me this month but I was wrong! Why my love, Russtifinko?"

Juliet looked apologetic and suggested letting Scotty go for now, everyone agreed it might be the senstive thing to do.

As they left the station, Shawn hung back to talk with Juliet about their date they had planned for later and Gus went on ahead to climb into the Blueberry and turn it on. Only seconds later it burst into a giant fireball. Shawn and Juliet stared in shocked disbelief as people ran around in chaos trying to figure out what had happened. Once the smoldering wreckage of the car could be investigated, they found a clue left behind for them. It was the work of none other than Yin and Yang.

Russtifinko has been lynched in place of Scotty, who gave him an engagement ring. He was Buzz McNab.

DFaraday has been killed by Yin and Yang. He was Burton "Gus" Guster. Let's all observe a moment of silence for the passing of Pluto.
