Rules:
1. Don't role out anyone, including yourself.
2. Don't infodump.
3. Don't be too mean to anyone.
4. Don't be too nice to anyone.
5. Be exactly the right amount of nice to everyone.
6. You know the colors by now. Green for off topic, red for dead (off topic), blue for non players, orange for sarcasm if you must.
7. This is my color. Don't use it.
8. There is no rule 8.
9. Have fun.
10. Everything else I forgot to write down.

You have all been cordially invited to a lovely dinner at Mr. Boddy's fabulous mansion up on the hill. What could possibly go wrong? Well, I'm glad you asked me that question.

One thing that could go wrong was that it could rain, and in fact it did. Quite a downpour, if you ask me. You'll be lucky if you get inside without getting soaked.

Nevertheless, you make it to the front stoop which is mercifully covered and relatively dry. But how to effect ingress?

How indeed?

Mrs. Scarlet was always my favorite character as a kid playing the board game. We ought to get clue Epi, I bet the kid would like it. :D

I chose to knock on the door.
Banners are cool, but a pain to scroll through so...
I've won a lot of games. I've hosted some games. The end.

Dayummm, I'm out for a little while and miss a ton!

I almost always ring doorbells when I'm visiting new places. Hopefully doing so won't result in this:

Ringing the doorbell always seemed so crass (no offense meant to those that select/ed that option), but I always thought a gentle knock/tap was more refined, dignified option.

But I have tiny hands and no one can hear me anyway, so don't listen to me!

I am a knocker, not a ringer. I always disable my doorbells if possible, they're so tinny.

Mongoose, why the sarcasm lifestyle choice?

Love me some clue! Always been my favorite. Whenever I do home visits for work I always knock. Seems less annoying than a ring to me. Not sure why.

Welcome to the mansion! I'm so glad you all made it inside safely, even those of you who didn't bother to vote in the poll *glares*

You're all terribly wet, so please take a moment to warm your bones by the fire. We will have a hot dinner prepared for you shortly, but it's not quite ready yet, so why don't you get to know one another, hmm?

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, there's a killer somewhere among us, and all the windows and doors have been securely locked. Don't worry, you probably won't die first, but it would be prudent for you to weed out the killers (did I say killers? Well, there may be more than one, actually) as soon as possible.

I'll take your coats.

It is now Day 1.
You have 24 hours to lynch someone.

Skip softly, my moonbeams, for I have heard tell
That the stairs up to heaven lead straight down to hell
