Tbh, both Opt and LoRab could in principle try to deny each other the chance of winning, by not making it in the Final 3, but I think they could face a tough match against Quin afterwards, either way.

Still can't believe I named a completely random winner when there were 7 or 8 left and here she is, in the final at least. :shifty:

It seems to me Opt has the best chance of winning if it goes to jury so if I were Sorsha, Quin or Lorab I think that's who I'd vote for. Of course, I have the advantage of seeing what the jury members have said.

Oh no! Lorab is trying to say Quin poisoned her. I wonder if she really believes that or is just trying to turn the group against Quin.

If Opt and Quin are in the final 3:

would you give the game to the person who won the most individual immunity challenge

or

would you give the game to the person whose role allowed them to find a near infinite supply of immunity idols?

It's fairly obvious that Elo poisoned them, so I'm not even sure what the hang up is.

I think SVS is right in that LoRab is angling to get people against Quin...

Though the better play would be "Hey Eloh, hey Opt, Mamana for life lets all 3 vote for Quin"

Sorsha and LoRab are discussing in BTSC which of Quin or Opt would be most likely to vote the other. Right now they've sorta agreed on appealing to Quin to vote out Opt. It's interesting that the question then isn't, "who would be the biggest threat at the end", but "who would help vote out the other."

It's currently looking like a 2-2 split of LoRab/Opt unless someone changes something in the thread.

That is interesting. I think Opt is the biggest threat. I'll enjoy any of the three who make it to the final.

Glad to see Quin is fighting back against Lorab. So odd that she thinks people don't see that Eloh did the poisoning. Also odd that she's attacking if she and Sorsha want Quin to do something, namely vote Opt.

It would appear that maybe she started with the intention of putting it on Quin to see if Opt would want to vote her.

Or, she truly believes Elo wouldn't do that in a LMS game and then :shrug2: :shrug2:

Do real life jury members discuss their vote option openly? I think this shouldn't be allowed in Ponderosa. It could be so easy to rally up or influence another's vote.

Here's where this game and the real game slightly differ:

Because tribal comes directly after Lorab was voted out, I thought it h fair to LORab to not be able to discuss with her fellow jurors her thoughts.

What does happen in the real life ponderosa is people do mingle and rally for their prospective vote before tribal, discuss what they're going to talk about, etc. This is a mechanic that the jury has but doesn't always have to play with.

No, Quin had trouble with the digging portion of yesterday's challenge so I made fun of him in my post. Someone in Ponderosa took that to mean he ate the chicken.

Oh ok.

I'm just of the mentality that, mingle and all, it wouldn't (or I wouldn't like for it to) influence my decision. I'd only be judging the ones in the final 2 or 3 chairs.

Hey, I watch more Big Brother than Survivor, but I care about both equally.

Maybe it's just my personal preference but I can't see how anyone can not choose Opt to win the game. She played the social game like a pro, adapting to the loss of a strong ally in myself. She rode another strong ally (Golden) and had the sense/balls to cut him loose. And she won the majority of immunity challenges (even ones she had no role advantage in)

She can lose based on butthurt effect. INH and Epig seem way more detached, but don't know about the rest.

I still sort of suspect a bitter jury maj on this one.

Preach it. I dunno why the jury is so bitter, man. If ya got played ya got played. I'm not mad at Quin for doing me like he did. From a game move, it was a good one. Not a great one, and definitely not a game winner, but a good move.

I just think that Quin doesn't deserve a win because he essentially had a skeleton key to the final four. And Sorsha played a good enough game, but really didn't make any move. When your best strategy is no strategy at all, then you shouldn't be sitting at the end.

I don't think the Quin power role complaint is fair, just like the Opt power role complaint isn't either. Quin didn't use idols every tribal council. The others didn't eliminate him when he didn't. Their loss. Opt didn't win every challenge ever. In fact, she lost the very last one. She was left in the game.

It is what it is.
