I don't know. Rico and Made could really go a long way toward proving their Civvieness by voting for each other. At least, whichever one is a Civvie should do that.

Never heard of this "vote a Civ to prove that you're a Civ" angle before. And by vote a Civ I mean that the only surprise I could still get right now from Made would be that he played me into believing him to be the least likely suspect of all. Something doesn't feel right to me about doing this.

What is your current vision of who's who anyway, LC?

LOL Rico. TH is a Hack, and you and Made are Brotherhood. I'm the only Civ left, and there's no point in pretending anymore, for any of you.

I'm a civ, LC. I could be indeed completely wrong in how I read Made all this time since he subbed in; there wasn't really anything there to make him that sketchy to me. I can see why Made couldn't possibly be your teammate since he gunned for you for almost three Days straight, but that still doesn't pin him as anything clear. He could be a civ and you wanting either me or Made to get lynched would work in your advantage as a Bro (victim + killing TH tonight, then winning). Him being a second Hack would work the same way. That's two advantageous scenarios already, yet you just gave me a completely opposite one in which you say you are dead meat. Sounds like a bluff to me. To paraphrase your earlier demand, I would actually need assurance from you that you're not trying to pull a fast one and that I wouldn't be wasting my vote here.

While there's the chance we lynch a civve, town can't possibly lynch a baddie if we tie, so we can't tie. Not sure what you meant by the second question.

I'm a Civvie. I could reference you to some things that would reassure you, but I'm not going to toe the line of role-hinting.

How about that lynch where I voted for A Person and nearly got myself killed - remember, the foolish move but it ended in a tie between me and Canuck?

If I were a baddie, that wouldn't have happened. I voted A Person because I wanted to see how it would affect the rest of the votes... I thought AP was bad, and I thought maybe I could see some baddie movements in reaction to the vote. It almost ended up getting me killed. If I were a baddie, I wouldn't do something like that to try and figure out the baddies, I would have just gone with a safe move and lynched a Civvie, but kept my own safety as a top priority. I didn't mean to stick my neck out like that, it was a bad move... but I swear to you it was a Civvie move. Now that you know Canuck was Civvie.... I could have EASILY voted for her that day - I almost did - and it would have been another lynch in the baddies' pockets. But I didn't do that. A baddie would have taken the easy Canuck vote and not tried something unorthodox like voting for a person with no votes yet.

Stop making me explain and plead my case, I swear to god you are all just snickering to yourselves and elbowing each other, only to come back and say "No, really LC... how do we know you're Civ?" I can't take any more, stop making a fool out of me. All my friends and would-be friends are surely dead, how could there be only one baddie on each team left??

Who is getting three votes on them today? Rico, if you're a Civ then it is 100% GUARANTEED that TH and Made are baddies.

It really doesn't matter anymore. Like really REALLY doesn't matter. We lynch a baddie today. Baddie kills tonight. Tomorrow, the lynch will tie. Baddie kills, baddie wins.

There's no point to any of this but to see which baddie team will win. I can't believe we were so close to a Civ victory after lynching only Civs all game (except MM). And we still couldn't do it.

I'm done. You guys decide who's getting three votes, put two on him, and I'll do the third so that there's no tie. I want to lynch a baddie today.

I'm sorry if I will be wrong about you as I've been about Canuck, but that was not the (re)assurance I asked for. Since you brought up the lynch dangers you faced, you've said nothing, for instance, of Made pushing a lynch for you on two if not almost three occasions and that apparently doesn't make you say you'd vote for him. That is not reassuring as an intention. The "baddies won, doesn't matter anymore, leave me be" type of dejection is not reassuring. The "I'll bandwagon on whoever gets two votes" type of vote strategy is not reassuring. Frankly, I still find it sounding like baddie talk - wanting pressure off you and waiting to vote on whoever else the votes would land on.

At this point I could in theory deliberate that I'm more confident about LC being a Bro rather than Made, but I still feel like holding on to my vote right now. I'm also in "trust-no-one mode", which is why I'm wary of Made as well, especially given that he came in here earlier, but didn't address any of this.

I want assurance that the person I vote for will have three votes when it's done. I am relatively sure that TH will vote Made if we do. Although it would be nice to hear some confirmation.

I guess I just don't understand the logic or see the motive for what you're suggesting, LC. Having three out of four players mutually agree to cast their votes upon the fourth seems like the worst way to catch a baddie, and yet ironically it's also the only way. Part of me thinks you're a baddie without a team, and you're just desperate to jump on the first bandwagon that comes along. I don't know. Another part of me thinks none of this matters and it's game over for the civs no matter what happens.

Anyways, if you guys vote Made, I'll join you. Odd that he hasn't chimed in much yet, maybe he thinks there's no way to squirm out of it since you posted your plan at the start of the day. His post about avoiding a tie at all costs rubbed me the wrong way, but I was thinking he would be connected to LC if he was connected to anyone, and I guess that's not the case.

Here's where I'm at: LC seems to be playing to his own "civvie" perspective without thinking about what other civvies (or the other civvie, however it might be at this point) are thinking.
If LC were a civvie, and thought Rico and I were on the same team, then convincing both of us to vote each other wouldn't make sense, as under his previous theory only one of us could be civvie..
I think the idea that each of us are the last civvie is bogus. If it's true, I've already lost, but since the chance exist that it's not true, we should keep playing, instead of just giving up. LC, shouldn't of given up, and if he did, he just lost me the game.


Basically, the combination of aggressiveness( by setting up this ridiculous ultimatum in the first place, bullying votes) and passive/despair("like really REALLY doesn't matter") that LC is putting on doesn't add up to me. Voting him now.

Exactly Made. LC's plan doesn't really have internal consistency to it. It could just mean he's given up and genuinely doesn't care, or it could be a ploy to try and force us to lynch anyone but him.

Just do me a favour and remember this for future games. Remember all of this. When we find out who the baddies are, study their behaviour this game, and remember it. It would be nice to try and prevent this Civvie debacle of a game from repeating itself, we have to become better Civvies and get a few wins this year.

I've already made it pretty clear that I believe I'm talking to 3 baddie on two teams. I'm only wasting my breath in the hopes that it's 1 baddie, 1 different baddie, and 1 Civvie left.

And, as is pretty clear, even in that situation the Civs have slim to no chance of winning this. I'm opting for slim, because what else is there to do?

I want to thank TH and Rico (and Roxy previously) for a very awesome BTSC time. And I want to thank Mongoose for hosting a very fun game. I also want to thank players like vomps and AP for coming back and playing a second time, only to get lynched again. I also want to thank SVS for putting up with my harsh comments early on. But most importantly, I want to thank llama for calling me a civvie champ.
