How do you spend $1500 on one property?
LOL, that's what I'm wondering too!!!

Only way I could think of is if they started with less money...?

Same here!

It figures due to Daisy flying in tonight that this game would start simultaneously... but no complaints. :p

And since you asked, the very word "capitalism" was coined by socialists as a pejorative.

Though technically, that's not true. The bigger the bread the more shit you can spread.

ok, I am going to give this a try. It looks insanely complicated though so we'll see.

Sometimes it will naturally come out, but it can be contained if we just remember that this is a game on a message board forum that 99.99% of the population of the Earth has never heard of before. No matter how successful anyone is, it means just about nothing.

Yay!!!!!!! :yay:

Very glad to be playing with you again, juliets!

boo's setup definitely is unconventional, but having examined all of it and thought about it when boo originally posted the game concept, I've personally been convinced that after a few cycles the mechanics will actually prove relatively straightforward. The roles themselves aren't complicated at all (basic search function for civvies, with an LMS twist); it really will just be a matter of observing how the Monopoly and Mafia meld will play out and what that means for us as players. Thinking about it in the abstract inevitably seems very complicated, but I think once it gets played it'll be easy to pick up on.

That's my assessment anyway.

This is going to lead to some serious bandwagoning, everyone will want to have a vote on the lynched player!

How do you spend $1500 on one property?
We had a house rule that you could put a property up for bid if you did not want to pay full price. :feb:
