OK, I believe everyone who was expecting a list has gotten it. I will be back in a few hours to put up a thread, and a poll, and all that happy crappy.
As far as I can tell, we have no players from Oz, and three from Europe/the UK. So I am aiming for polls ending about 7ish eastern. I would prefer later, but that is already too late for those in Europe as it is.
