The above post presupposes Neon must be town. Neon as town doesn't do that, she considers the fact that people could read her as either alignment and writes accordingly. Not consciously, but she does. Neon as wolf does do this - Neon as wolf does NOT consider worlds where Neon is wolf while writing, and so does things like this.
I wanted to let you know I had a death in my family. It was my uncle, and we weren't close, but he was my Dads younger brother and he's pretty broken up, so I'm going to go hang with him today, and probably tomorrow, and will be AFK. I'm not locktown. I voted about 4:30 when I left work because I wasn't sure if I'd be home before EOD. I don't think I'm locked in just because I voted for Falcon, although I think it's a good look
How do you feel about Pyxxy putting you as lock-town then?
I tend to think people do that to buddy up to people. I tend to put less stock in town reading than alot of the newer players, though. Like I saw recently someone say, "Well X is townlock becasue Y said they had this info, and Z said they had this other info". And afaik, no one is townlock unless it's info from a host post, since players can and do lie. So

Someone says they have info, and people just believe them. No one should be lock town unless you personally have info. I think saying someone is locktown based on anything other than info one personally got themselves from the host is way overdone.
I think Pyxxy calling me locktown is ridiculous. But in GOC baddie Marmot was locktowned by a townie for equally invalid reasons.
Everyone throws this word around like it means something, but it doesn’t.

don't really love trying to use posts like this as a 'gotcha' - i think people aren't always perfectly consistent in how they express things like this and i think svs clearly doesn't like the newfangled terminology of "locktown" that gets thrown around a lot, often hyperbolically, but her expressing a high level of confidence in a read doesn't make that cntradictory, but even if it was, it's certainly not scummy

I am now concerned about Seanzie. I remember at least one of his posts looked bad in light of falcon's flip. Also I am concerned his tryharding here might be wolf indicative.

i think her response to you is more likely frustrated town than not and her day 1 play came across as being disinterested town who wasn't really trying to push any sort of scum agenda. it's not a read i'm super strong on but other people i think are town (including nutella) who know her more believe she's town
