I have no clue about this game. My reads do come from my brain, but they feel barely better than arbitrary. I am not even close to finding comfortable footing or knowing what I am doing in this thread. While that is attributable to some degree to the state of the thread itself, I am probably also tired, old, and out of practice.

I think so sure, if the suspicion is there. Simon already had two votes on Day 1 when the poll expired, and if the status quo held he'd be the lead candidate today. It might take a little bit extra for the young people to get pushed, but it happens.

It's possible that Scotty was just on-point about suspecting the mafia other than Simon (and that motivated the kill regardless of Simon), but only if Long Con is mafia. He wrongly suspected me and had no other suspects beyond Princess Abigail and the least active players.

I thought you dealt with me in the token manner that civilian Epignosis often has. You've read my stuff, found some of it funky, poked me in the eyeball about it, and eventually determined I'd be a bad vote and/or am unlikely to be mafia. I can remember that progression in many of our past encounters, and I doubt you'd feel that it's necessary to reproduce that approach just for my sake. I also think you've handled Simon and motobot authentically.

Hey all! I’m so sorry for missing the vote and under posting. It’s a Jewish holiday this weekend, a fun one, but a super work intensive one for me. It’s Purim, for those wondering. It’s the one that’s all about cosplay, carnivals, and cookies. And we are encouraged to get drunk. It celebrates the story in the Book of Esther, for those who have read it. The holiday started tonight at sundown and goes until tomorrow night. I’ll be working from around 7 to around 5, so will probably be sporadic to,or row. But will keep up.

What do you mean by a positive reason?

an actual explanation, something that seems more explanable than "well there's a reason why simon might not"


you don't get killed for two reasons-

1) latent suspicion but more importantly
2) you are ~never~ one of the roles the game revolves around (at least not in the minds of many).
