Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 4]
MP when someone does not shut up no matter what I say to them, I don't want to talk anymore. Take that as you may. If all kinds of people see bread crumbs, the last thing that is fun for me is arguing with someone loves nothing more than talking about themself. I just give up.

MP I know you're straight up lying if you say the Typh as the Penguin theory "makes sense," unless you're not giving it any thought at all. Reassess, and if you're still alive, tell me what you think.

@Enrique: I'll confess that I had you pegged as high likelihood of Town after your Day 2 performance. MP accuses you of being opportunistic and you voted for me this phase without any justification that I can see when MP (a player you have suspected on many occasions throughout this game is a highly eligible candidate). Before I reassess my opinion of you, could you please explain on what grounds you considered me a better lynch choice than MP?

Bad Weather
Gotham City may be troubled by crime, but weather takes its toll as well.
A man wakes up in the middle of a storm and turned on his battery-powered radio. It comes on. He positions the channel to hear the local station clearly.

No one has been lynched. It is now Night 5. You have 24 hours to submit your PMs.

What questions do you have for me specifically?
I'm in intermission at a play with my wife at the moment, and I'm not sure what the evening will bring thereafter, and I've got a full phd schedule tomorrow, so just a heads up. I'll contribute as much as I can when I can though. On that note, if anyone has any questions on my rainbow list or wants to engage me in conversation about any player that'd be great. Just let me know.
BBL
Linki let me address this more later, but if you want an indirect answer I would suggest skimming my ISO, since I think my thought process is there to a degree.

It's impossible to be sure what was genuine thought process and what was obfuscation before the lynch. Better that you give a recap of which aspects of your behaviour were more pertinent / straightforward, when you have time.

A shadow game being played by people who are vanishing from the thread...
But I don't think it is worth speculating too far, because MP can surely confirm if they are for Turf Wars when he gets back, and if thats what they are then we don't need to speculate further.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 4]
I want you to think about where this comes from, Typhoony voting for you and your subsequent number one suspect "curse." Now, I can relate to what was happening to you, and I know it had nothing to do with the Penguin. I'm not allowed to say more, but you should know what I'm talking about.MovingPictures07 wrote:Sure, I'll take a detailed look. And that's all there is on Typh, really. Nobody he voted for has been blackmailed as far as we know, so why do we think he's the Penguin again? Where's that good case with all the evidence people keep talking about?

Re: Arkham Mafia [Night 4]
OK, that surprised me. I expected something unusual, but not that.
I really did feel he was encouraging us to lynch him, like there was a point to it. And Glorfindel, we did not lose any civs, true, but we did not learn anything either.
Early in the game I found Glorfindel to be somewhat suspicious, but then I did some reading of the roles, and rereading a few people, and backed off of that becasue I saw at least one civ possibility for his behavior. Now it looks like he is gathering suspicion again. So I plan to reread him, and the new suspicions of him.
One quick question, can anyone explain to me why they are so sure that Zebra was bad? Other than by who killed her? Becasue my thoughts on Glorfindel are wrapped up inmy thoughts on Zebra.

I think we learned one thing, and that's MP isn't Mafia. There is no Mafia role that can stop lynches.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Night 4]
I think my case on her was water tight and she was pretty much a lock to be lynched imo. Then she died and the prevailing theory became that because she haphazardly indie claimed she must be one.S~V~S wrote:Oh,I thought other people had said that as well.
What's your theory?

So you say you're not anti-town, but there is benefit to your lynch. The obvious implication behind your recent posts is a benefit to the civvie cause. But since we learned nothing from that lynch, I have a hard time taking anything you say at face value.MovingPictures07 wrote: You're definitely one to talk, since you're likely anti-town. I'm not.

I don't trust MP. I tink it's become obvious he isn't bad, but I do not trust him.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Night 4]
well I got a little bug and was throwing up every hour on the hour last night and am traveling all day today. I will not be on at all and still feel like shit. I'm trying my best not to have the guy next to me get nervous and get me thrown of lf the plane because of Ebola or some shit.
Who is he then, Dom? Because I thematically see two possibilities, and one of those possibilities I've already expressed interest in before day 4 started. I think MP is nothing but good for town.Dom wrote:I don't trust MP. I tink it's become obvious he isn't bad, but I do not trust him.

Make that 3 roles, but I'm relatively sure I know which of them it is.
Also a very good chance that the Penguin now knows MP's role.
I actually agree with most of MP's list.
Can we lynch Glorf tomorrow? Please?
Scotty out.

Then why do what we did today?
I don't think he's Mafia, but I'm hesitant to trust him.
