oh lol the cup of coffee. I think that's a stretch but by all means take a look. We can always ask him to confirm that with a mention of coffee in his next post.

Hmm. That's an odd choice in my book. I didn't see her getting much beef from anyone. A safe kill for mafia maybe?
I don't see the Juliets correlation in what Gordon wrote, DH?? That quote is about coffee.
Linki: what links you and coffee, Juliets? That you take it intravenously or something?

Did you vote for Mp because you realize that a lurker wasn't getting lynched, sprityo? Because this isn't helping you form any semblance of consistency.

Am I seriously the only one picking up on these?Last night, the Batman left a cold, half-eaten carton of Easy Mac on my doorstep with a note that read, “From Bats with Love”. It even had one of those heart face whaddaya-call-its on it. I was not pleased at first, but I realized I hadn’t eaten in a long while, and after a long, fruitless day of investigating, it quite hit the spot.

Gordon quite literally said "Robin gave us good leads" and "Lets hunt scum" moments before the coffee reference. Doesn't seem that much of a leap to me.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 5]
I don't know Juliets as Juliets Coffee so if he is I wouldn't have picked up on it until you pointed it out. Easy Mac is clearer. If he is pointing out Juliets and Juliets Coffee that's pretty dumb of him since it eliminates everybody who wouldn't know her as Coffee as possible Gordons.DharmaHelper wrote:Great so you agree that coffee is a reference to Juliets, made by a player who knew her as Juliets Coffee.MacDougall wrote:No I picked up on it, even commented on it and said I hope he's not inferring that he thinks I am bad.DharmaHelper wrote:Am I seriously the only one picking up on these?Last night, the Batman left a cold, half-eaten carton of Easy Mac on my doorstep with a note that read, “From Bats with Love”. Do you think Gordon was referring to me as bad though? Because that's going to go a lot of the way to me trusting his opinion. If he thinks I am bad he is portraying opinion as fact and I ain't lynching nobody based on his crappy opinions.
And I haven't seen a cop lynched yet. I don't think Gordon would have btsc with Batman yet so how the hell is he gonna know jack?

Difficult to say, "easy mac" seems to imply he found the case on you to be too easy, but he makes it sound like Batman served you up on a plate to him. Could go either way.

I was hoping he was asking people to go easy on Mac tbh.DharmaHelper wrote:Difficult to say, "easy mac" seems to imply he found the case on you to be too easy, but he makes it sound like Batman served you up on a plate to him. Could go either way.
He couldn't have possibly had role knowledge from Batman last night as there weren't enough unaccounted for dead yet for him to have already had btsc, let alone dead cops. And it's arguable that he'd have it yet either. Here are our only unaccounted for dead. What chance that three of them are cops yet let alone last night? If he's inferring that he has role knowledge of me it's quite literally impossible, inferring role knowledge of juliets would mean he'd have to have had Batman's BTSC since last night which would mean Wilgy, Zebra and sig are all dead cops. Fat chance Zebra was a cop. He's just pushing opinions at this point DH so I would be careful jumping to "let's lynch juliets" because of it. Make a case at the very least.

I'm arguing that people put JC under the microscope and we see what comes out of it.MacDougall wrote:I was hoping he was asking people to go easy on Mac tbh.DharmaHelper wrote:Difficult to say, "easy mac" seems to imply he found the case on you to be too easy, but he makes it sound like Batman served you up on a plate to him. Because Gordon inferred that you should? Gordon who almost certainly for all intents and purposes right now is a vanilla townie?DharmaHelper wrote:I'm arguing that people put JC under the microscope and we see what comes out of it.MacDougall wrote:I was hoping he was asking people to go easy on Mac tbh.DharmaHelper wrote:Difficult to say, "easy mac" seems to imply he found the case on you to be too easy, but he makes it sound like Batman served you up on a plate to him. Because I don't have any other hot leads at the moment and taking the advice of a guaranteed townie, even if it's not 100% guaranteed to be information based advice, is better than nothing.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Night 4]
RIP bea. Wonder what the thought process was behind that one.
Regarding other events/posts, I'll see when I can respond to those and start properly contributing for d5, but I've been occupied with Battle of the Hosts hype as well as PhD writing, and will continue to be for the bulk of tomorrow.
I'm much more proud of this one though; despite OKing everything through the hosts that time, I crossed over the line into role outing with the Tyler Durden incident. And this one took some actual effort on my part to make myself seem suspicious enough, the last time I was able to start Durdenizing the thread because people like to target me at Night likely as a result of me talking too much.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 5]
Which part was role claiming when you were Tyler Durden? When you said "Hey guys I'm Tyler Durden" or when Epi said "Tyler Durden has the kill" and you said 'Who do you guys want me to kill?"

Then I lost the game at the very last minute due to outing myself. Good times. Can't say I didn't deserve that one.

EBWOP: I will admit it was a ton of fun actually getting people to listen to me re: suspicions and such though.

Re: Arkham Mafia [Day 5]
I think you must be. I skim them looking for names who Gordon finds suspicious but if they are hidden like that I'm definitely not finding them.DharmaHelper wrote:Am I seriously the only one picking up on these?Last night, the Batman left a cold, half-eaten carton of Easy Mac on my doorstep with a note that read, “From Bats with Love”. It even had one of those heart face whaddaya-call-its on it. I was not pleased at first, but I realized I hadn’t eaten in a long while, and after a long, fruitless day of investigating, it quite hit the spot.
Who do you think he was talking about in the first two? And why does he have to be so cryptic about it?

I thought it meant we should look at Robin's suspects.DharmaHelper wrote:juliets wrote:You're welcome to look at me but how do you get that out of what he said? I don't see anything that relates to me.DharmaHelper wrote:Dang Bea RIP.
Is Gordon telling us to look at Juliets more closely?Robin may have given us some good leads. Let's see if we can't bring this scum to justice before I finish my next cup of coffee.

Maybe I am reading too much into it, but I'll do a re-read of JC tomorrow just in case.
