It's difficult to submit Burglaries to the record of Real Valid Mafia Games in terms of applying meta reads from them to larger games, but in the Pizza burglary nutella was bad and, after bussing her partner, picked me as her mislynch target and never wavered or changed anything about her reads.

They're all still suspects. I've hardly been here today to see developments. My greatest immediate beefs are with Dyslexicon. I'd feel the least confidence lynching LoRab or FZ -- the two of them have blended a bit in my head. That's where my time will be focused in the coming half-hour-plus.

Marmot - did not like the unwillingness D1 to put a vote somewhere that mattered. Also possible distancing from Dizzy, who is down there. The one thing I can read good on is his frustration in the topic, regarding 'shitty' lynches. As Dizzy noted later in the game, Marmot has done a lot of defending himself. But he's also not been shy about it.
I go back and forth a LOT when reading through his ISO. Could be scum. In no way is that ruled out. I'd rather lynch any of the four people below.

Why does it matter that I don't move my vote on request? That's the neat thing about votes; they're owned by the player who casts them (usually).

I have no reason to give DrWilgy or novaseline never civilian credit. LoRab and FZ. have been involved enough to stay relevant while still gliding well under the radar in an otherwise explosive and violent game thread. I stated my grievance with Dizzy earlier.

Kyle groans about being misrepresented by LC's crop job -- This looks like an actual complaint, like one driven by actual irritation; not some fudged exchange.

It's alright. -- He forgave the gripe painlessly. If they're teamed I don't see why this needs to exist. That's WIFOM granted, but I have my doubts.

Kyle GTH good read on LC -- I don't know why. That's typical of GTH reads.

Long Con wants to string him up -- Jovial reaction to my fake tell thing. LC is capable of that sort of WIFOM, especially if he knows I'm full of shit.

Jokey banter -- It exists. Okay.

I don't see glaring indicators that they're teamed. I'd sooner say they're not teamed.

I did a brief search. They seemed to have a small flare up early in the game around the Day 0 Kyle nonsense, but after that they both seemed to quietly settled on town reads of each other with little visible movement in the thread. That's something I wouldn't mind talking about.

OK....I'm not seeing 3J as bad--I'm seeing his typical civ game. I'm also not seeing Kyle as bad--his reaction rings true with what I remember his reaction being in general when accused in any way--I'm null on him. I could see Epi being bad (despite his use of Hebrew in a post, and almost spelling it correctly except for the stray vowel)--while I've seen him go after people for no reason (often me) in games, and have seen him drop seeds to see what grows, I've also seen him as mafia pretend to do this--pretty much what he's claimed 3J has done. Perhaps my lens is colored by the fact that I'm reading 3J as civ, and considering that mafia are going to try for lynching civs, particularly in a 1 baddie team game.

Eh. The rationale for suspecting Epignosis here seems to depend upon an assumption either he or I must be bad. There's little consideration that we're just engaged in a token Day 1 civilian-civilian fist fight.

I'm not seeing baddie LA. I also feel like there was quite the bandwagon going on earlier against her, although it seems to have moved off.

I'm going to vote Epi for now. I'm not feeling great and may fall asleep on the keyboard, so want to be sure to not forget to vote. He's really the only one I'm noticing who is playing their baddie game.

To this point we have three town reads (JJJ, Kyle, nutella) and suspicion focused upon Epignosis. I don't think they're both mafia. I'd have liked this more had she talked a bit more about what "Epi playing his baddie game" entails, and why she has that perception now.

I think if Jay doesn't come up with a valid "tell" that made him so sure as to call me out like he did then it's definitely a bad look for him.

As things are, based on past interactions with Jay he's likely to come out and say something like "there is no tell, I was just lying to build thread discussion" or "I'm not telling you what your tell is in case I need to use it again later"

I don't think either of those are acceptable answers for this.

Jay's usual civvie MO is to scatter bricks around on day 0 and 1 in order to start building discussion and put out reads. What Jay's done here is try to throw a single large brick at me, which causes no variation in discussion at all. The only discussion happening right now is surrounding me.

The only way that tactic comes from a responsible civvie mindset is if Jay really and truly believes in whatever he thinks my tell is

Meanwhile, JJJ isn't even anywhere to be seen and has probably fallen asleep behind some bushes. Why is this even a thing to discuss when FZ was the person I saw with some actual piece of reasoning?

This is probably old news, but this whole thing is kind of funny to me. Is Kyle always this easy to rile up? We should play more often.

Later backs off the Kyle town read post, the first one. Says she hadn't read the game when she said that. Kyle was also a townread after she read posts 2-6, in the post before this.

Next content post has a bunch of quotes with worthless comments, and this:

My critique on JJJ:
- I find he holds on to the obvious unreasnable accusation of him and Sloonei necessarily being scum together a bit too long. I read it more like Epig's pressure became more about JJJ than them two together. Also doesn't address the question of sincerity until pretty late.
- I still find his contant reminder of "I pushed the thread, I wouldn't do it as scum" to be bs, and it still totally reminds me of some of my own defenses. He asks if he would do a good job of it, but really it was Kyle doing a good job of reacting overtly, and quite frankly JJJ didn't really do a good job of it by posting a scientist gif clearly indicating that he was just experiementing and slinging poop, pointing at himself there too as in "I'm doing stuff".
Those two would be my points of suspicion.

I remember somewhere along the line to be more inclined to the possibility of both JJJ and Epig being town, but I can't say why other than maybe they're not the most suspicious and I prefer other lynches? I have problems with some of their play. I do like Epig actually explaining his thoughts. I do like him reevaluating Nut so fast. I guess. I do like some of what JJJ is saying too and still liked his early read on Kyle about the anger/respect issue.

@Sloonei - What do you think of JJJ's original reason to read Kyle town?

Can someone tell me about about MacDoug? His playstyle seems rather random to me, but random and aggressive (not a critique of play style just an observation and wanting to get some meta), is this normal?

I'm way more interested in players like FZ, Robar, the ever random Wilgy and the ever endearing Marmot. And then there are a couple of players that I don't remember posts from or they haven't been game relevant enough to stick.

I don't find any reason to feel good about their posts. A bit on the side and meh. I guess this may count as a gut read, but it's where I'm at now.

Speed and Nut as town, Kyle as probably town, Slooneiiiiii let me hold on for a bit, Epic could be town, JJJ more null but ugh, don't remember anything else.

Every read Dizzy makes in the thread, she backs off of. Every critique she makes is waffled. At some point later, her town reads become this:

Eh. The rationale for suspecting Epignosis here seems to depend upon an assumption either he or I must be bad. There's little consideration that we're just engaged in a token Day 1 civilian-civilian fist fight.

I'm not seeing baddie LA. I also feel like there was quite the bandwagon going on earlier against her, although it seems to have moved off.

I'm going to vote Epi for now. I'm not feeling great and may fall asleep on the keyboard, so want to be sure to not forget to vote. He's really the only one I'm noticing who is playing their baddie game.

To this point we have three town reads (JJJ, Kyle, nutella) and suspicion focused upon Epignosis. I don't think they're both mafia. I'd have liked this more had she talked a bit more about what "Epi playing his baddie game" entails, and why she has that perception now.

Chatter on nutella town read, which amounts to more of a "don't agree with the cases against you" read without a committed civilian-colored skittle. She answered to some Dizzy accusations in the same post, explaining herself and her style -- she didn't probe into her accuser at all.

I don't have a compelling reason to give her civilian credit, and I have a few concerns to boot. She remains a suspect.

Why would I probe into my accuser? Especially 48 hours later? I'm actually not even sure what you mean by probe into my accuser.

I mean, I welcome the suspicion from you and am happy to clarify anything. I'm not sure what your concerns are, honestly.

As for Epi, I'm still susipcious of him. I'm happy to talk more about why. Some of it is that he did exactly what he accused others of doing, in a way that twists reality in a way that Epi tends to do. He also tends to play a baddie game in small set ups that is rather out there--sometimes even making what would generally be obvious baddie movies, betting on the fact that no one will pick up on it--or that the risk of that outweighs the benefits (like, of going after a strong civie on day 1). Also, see below.

"I have clicked a button" was the nutella vote. I think she sounds genuine right now. I don't know her as the type to rage against people when she's bad, least of all Epignosis.

But pretty quickly seems to have changed his mind.

Do any of these folks stand out as particularly suspicious for their involvement in this short-lived bandwagon?

Well, we already know I'm suspicious of Epi. Looking at LC's post on speedchuck, his main point against him was that he jumped on the kylewagon and then didn't let go--which is simmilar to what he did here. So, that makes me eyeball him more. Wilgy? I have no idea. He's Wilgy. 3J I don't suspect for this.
