It did. But before that day there was a bigger tie. Epi moves his vote from me to Long Con right before the deadline. LC saved himself by voting for DFaraday after this.
I asked Epi why he chose Long Con and he called me a filthy fat hobbitses instead of answering.

None of the fucking votes had "substantial reasons." I don't care who you are. It was Day 1. People made shit up to vote. That's fine.

I don't know why you would "assume" (your word) that it was "more than pure randomness" why I voted Long Con. Long Con was my strongest suspect Day because of how he went at nutella over what I perceived to be bullshit. I said as much, albeit earlier in the Day. I did not have "substantial reasons" (let alone one) to vote for him.

I felt it was a pretty slow start, for me and for the thread in general. I know on my end I'm a little bit more distracted by real life things than I had anticipated for this game, but you're not asking about me. Lack of focus is gonna be a product of a slow starting game, unfortunately. To me it felt like things were starting to take shape around the end of Day 1, but then I was barely around for those final hours.

I want to elaborate on my jack read. He's been Wilgying, and that's fine. He's also expressed suspicions and that's good, but I haven't seen him trying to actually push any of his reads. every player that isn't Wilgy who starts out with a self-imposed limitation ends up dropping it as soon as it actually starts to inhibit their play.

if the language used in his one actual text post were accurate to the way he felt about me then why didn't he push for my lynch, specially when he said "eyeroll emoji" and "wolf emoji" about me

well in a way i kinda was asking about you. i think the thing that gave previous games such early focused efforts was the sort of.... early ice water splash reads that got people talking. In this game our closest equivalent was Mac's transparent prod at Nutella and my prod at glorfindel neither of which caused many strong reactions or interactions.... idk. It just seems like there's some kind of imbalance.
