I gave you an honest answer. Time constraint is indeed a reason, although it's by choice; it's true that if I absolutely had to read the thread today to make an informed decision about something, I would do so. It is still Day 0, and I am prioritizing my time differently. Instead of reading who got what role in the draft, I did sports research this morning, and I've been playing video games with my boys this afternoon. Yesterday I worked late, cooked, ate, and watched TV with the family for most of the evening.

97% hunt the way you always hunt. The draft mechanic is probably more a distraction to the hunt than a guide. Grab surface insights if you see them, but don’t try to dig deep. It’s pointless.

If you have some brilliant theory then by all means, speculate.

I don’t care to waste my time.

I think it's bad to ignore draft mechanics I think it can be key to catching scum, even if it doesn't it allows players to talk and to gain insight from how they react. I'm not sure that I like you proclaiming that you're going to be playing a supetown game and your general posts since that proclamation, I think it's about a 60/40 chance right now that you're actually mafia.

I don't think draft data is meaningless but I think it's about as realiable as vote analysis which is something that usually only means something after we get a baddie flip.

So while I welcome such speculation, I would give more civ points to someone who is doing scumhunting the classic way, and I would be wary of players who have limited themselves to that speculation.

But then again, it's Day 0. A lot of civs are likely being lazy on purpose.

He was online. It's not inactivity, it's a conscious decision to not pass the draft on. If he was scum, I feel like he would have been more inclined to move it on.
