i was doing those things, i skimmed a little, asked some questions, i wasn't left with an overwhelming feeling either way, and the lynch was a 2 way tie so i chose to not to choose and let an impartial robot lord do it.

Better to not leave it up to the RNGods imo

it's functionally equivalent, rng had the same probability as i did of choosing correctly

on most other phases that's true but i feel like day 1s are different. getting lynched day 1 sucks and making it happen is almost as bad. you're basically saying like "hey, sorry but you were the worst player in this game, of the players alive in this game, i want you to be able to play it the least" and I don't like that. I don't like pulling the trigger on that. if I'm in the sole position to decide who dies first in a mafia game and i don't have a strong enough feeling about the topic then i will almost always just not choose

Right now I think I'm actually more likely to vote Avito instead of nova because they two have more games with each other than I have with either of them, and nova's meta read made sense.

I mean, I'm used to Avito being inactive, but he strikes me as someone who plays seriously sometimes, even if this is not common anymore.
