You are constantly jumping at the chance to tell everyone how nice Turbup is and why we should line up to give him a big sloppy kiss. You’re more interested in preserving him than you have been in lynching scum.

Question Quin, since you've claimed to be 'the real cop's message boy'.

Was the sig/inh dilemma real, or did the cop just give you sig's alignment?

you're funny :p

do you expect me to just drop everything the moment you say you think turnip head is mafia? i've been incredibly clear with my views, we can lynch him if his very easily testable claim turns out to be untrue. I don't understand why you're so opposed to just doing it? just testing his claim? it takes 0 effort to do?

essentially, voting to elect golden tonight has the same end result as lynching turnip head tomorrow.

either turniphead is telling the truth and he gets his easy win and vanishes and we know he was indie, or we find out he was lying, we lynch him day 3 and then he vanishes and we know he was mafia.

if you have a better way of dealing with his claim then let me know

I’m not fighting that possibility. I invite it. I’m fighting you on the grounds of being loud and wrong, which are two qualities that bode very, very poorly for us if we’re on the same team.

I am not dealing with TH's claim by letting him win an item.

If he wanted to successfully guess tonight he should have picked someone other than himself. This is like the part that Daisy opposed strongly, and on this I agree. I'm fine testing his claim, but I'm not electing him to have other advantages. I'd sooner have lynched him yesterday and not tested his claim at all than let him win an item, and for him to think he could win an election under current circumstances is his own fault.

i understand you i just think my idea is a more practical solution that's eats up fewer resources.

it seems like sig and/or lunalee might have been mafia so it's not super dire if we do end up using a lynch on turnip head just in case, I just think it'd be cool if we didn't have to do that, without it being necessary.

My concern is that he’s not fighting for a wincon, but something else (read: bad). My preference at this point is to ignore him.
what is "something else"? do you think "something else" is something strong enough that it would be worth him dying immediately
I think possibly it could mean not dying immediately somehow.

Kylemii wrote: Wed Jun 20, 2018 10:57 pm essentially, voting to elect golden tonight has the same end result as lynching turnip head tomorrow.

either turniphead is telling the truth and he gets his easy win and vanishes and we know he was indie, or we find out he was lying, we lynch him day 3 and then he vanishes and we know he was mafia.

if you have a better way of dealing with his claim then let me know
I am not dealing with TH's claim by letting him win an item.

If he wanted to successfully guess tonight he should have picked someone other than himself. This is like the part that Daisy opposed strongly, and on this I agree. I'm fine testing his claim, but I'm not electing him to have other advantages. I'd sooner have lynched him yesterday and not tested his claim at all than let him win an item, and for him to think he could win an election under current circumstances is his own fault.
he didn't pick himself (Turnip Head), he picked you (Golden)
Oh, well your way of phrasing that was weird.

I meant to vote for Epi and it ended up on Golden somehow?

This game is having some uncanny weirdness.
You both voted fine. Speed changed the poll, moving Choutas from the top down to being sprityo below your votes.
When I did that in U-Pick it just reset the poll entirely and forced ppl to revote.
Is it possible you changed the number of options?

I will actively vote to prevent you from winning it.

Why didn't you just guess someone in the town core? What possessed you to predict yourself?
Who is the “town core”?

i'm getting kinda tired of arguing this cus turnip head should probably be the one fighting for his own wincon but if you think an indie having a wincon as easy as guessing two elections correctly is unlikely, a mafia member having a crazy game winning power that he only wins after guessing two elections should also seem unlikely.

regardless of whether or not TH is bluffing, giving him his win con takes him off the table as a variable, and gives us the capability to deal with him with confidence.

that's my pitch. Vote Golden for alcohol consumer, 2020.

I’m more wondering why you think asking TH why he didn’t pick someone you have a good read on is a good question.

It was a good rhetorical question, at least until such point as it turns out he picked someone I have a 100% read accuracy rate on.

i'm really not. mafia turnip head becoming unlynchable after predicting just 2 elections is the only realistic way he lives past the end of day 3. isnt that what you're worried about? what else could go wrong
