Any reason you don't think it's Kyle? You've defended him before already:
S~V~S wrote: Fri Dec 14, 2018 6:28 pm I would be most opposed to a lynch of Kyle, and least opposed to a lynch of Luna of these 5.
Is this a gut feel or can you vouch for him?
I don't think vouching can be accommodated within the rules, so I won't do it, but I would be opposed to lynching Kyle.

Also I am having some crazy wind weather, and my power is flickering in and out, wooo hooooo

If I could sit in a baddie chat room all day and talk to Juliets, I would be happy. My best team experiences have been with Juliets, Dutchies or both, and the time I spent in Moobyworld with her was top notch. But sad to say I can't recruit anyone this game. Recruiting is fun

Linki, other than Slooneis list, why?

Sounds legit. Sprityo did have crazy old ladies after him, y'know.
speedchuck wrote: Mon Dec 17, 2018 2:35 pm Granted, Yin could be bad. It only makes sense.

This kinda wants me to make him lynched more
Did something change?
No, actually. Those are all consistent. Luna's vouch only strengthens my feeling that G-Man is Yin.

Voting Tranq though because I don't think he and INH are both Yin and that means Tranq is foolin' around for the second day in a row.

I power copied the sker and killed Grinner, who was a combo of Speedball’s cat and it took me two days to realize it cause Grinner had 2 lives.

Aubergine - Hands out extra votes, one each night, to be used in the next lynch. Has three extra votes of her own to use. *secrets*
This is INH. His win condition (probably not unique) was to get lynched on Day 3, so he prepared us from before that with the acting silenced and "drunk slip".
Image
Random Animal - Randomly becomes a copy of another role each phase, and assumes that role’s Win Condition at the time. *secrets*
This is Tranq. On Day 2 he made a joke post about Wilgy. On Night 2 he copied INH and got his role and win condition, so in Day 3 they were basically competing to get lynched. That's why he made up the whole mirror story after the fact, and after Wilgy had turned civ, he didn't know he had to get lynched until that same day.

Slippin' the noose

"What is this?" cried Thazar, Judiciary Priest of the Dark Goddess. "Who are we supposed to bring to justice?" He looked down at the small crowd, chanting names of three different accused.

His secretarial underling shuffled through a stack of papers he held, and mumbled, "Er, it's uh, Tranquility, he's got the.... no wait - Quin. Quin edged him out." He said it with a tone of annoyance, thinking about the wager he had placed.

Thazar shook his head. "By the Goddess' dark eyes, I don't really care WHO gets it, the crowd wants blood, so let's get this over with."

The verdict went out, and Tranq and INH were freed and sent on their way, while Quin was led to the flaying slab. Quin perked up. "Did he say 'flaying slab'?!" He began to resist the men who were leading him forward.

The men grabbed him tighter, shoving him forward. Quin changed his tactic, bursting free of their grasp and leaping atop the slab. Looking around furtively, he nimbly leapt out and placed a foot on one of the men's faces, jumping out into the crowd. The shocked townsfolk tried to grab him, but Quin was moving too quickly, spinning and dodging, and he made it to an alleyway... and he was gone.

Thazar watched this all with an irritated look on his face. His money had been on Quin.

No one has been lynched. Night 3 has begun, so do that PM thing at some point.

Let's get the PMs in in 20 hours or less, and I'll slide the transition time back three hours or so.

The last two days, I have not been able to touch a computer. I will get to all your questions and PMs over time; please be patient with your host. I have tomorrow off. I'm all yours mostly.
Spoiler: show
I think the poll may have been a tie, or at least closer than it looks. Both Tranq and INH self-voted, so they probably each used their own three extra votes (if allowed, maybe they could just use one). On its own, this would have Tranq at 11, INH at 7 and Quin at 9 votes. But then there are the other ones INH may have handed and could have voted for Quin (and maybe even Tranq handed one yesterday); then there's other factors that could have messed up the count (we know of roles like Daisy and the Kraken, though they don't fit this theory, or the Gentle Shepherd, though he's dead, could also be items and other things).

If random animal truly gets a new role each *phase* he would've changed roles (and this win conditions) on d3.

Yeah, to Aubergine. Day 3 is the day he went nuts (I don't know how the given votes work but I don't think it matters a lot, he could have probably still used his own).

There was no Aubergine in a past game.

I think Enrique is guessing what Aubergines win cons are.

Tranq wrote: Mon Dec 17, 2018 3:17 am Ok so basically i had to try and get myself lynched on Day 3, which i failed. Came close though :p
I'm pretty sure INH had the exact same goal. Because of this he is also my top town read.
This may come as a huge shock to all of you but there actually is no Mirror of Truth. While i did suspect Wilgy, i needed an extra push of suspicion on me so i made that up and claimed it was real even after SVS figured out i was joking.
Yeah actually neither player uses "win conditions", just "goal" (everybody remembers inh begging to be lynched so I won't bother quoting him).

No, my role is listed on the role list. I just think some of the roles listed aren't in the game, and some players have the same role. Maybe INH and i are the only ones, or maybe i'm wrong.
DharmaHelper wrote: Mon Dec 17, 2018 2:11 pm Hey Tranq if you wanted to get lynched Day 3 how did you know Wilgy was a mislynch
I don't. I genuinely suspected Wilgy. Still think Hollow Man is an option though i know it's more likely i'm just wrong.
DharmaHelper wrote: Mon Dec 17, 2018 2:16 pm I dunno. I'm just stirring the pot. Whatever you guys decide is cool.
I know you are. It literally doesn't matter to you who gets lynched as long as you're unrecruited :p
But you said you made up the Mirror of Truth thing to help get you lynched. If Wilgy had flipped bad, you wouldn't have been as likely to get lynched.

IDK.
Yeah but then there would be a dead baddie so that’s good too right?

Why would juliets be recruited? Just because her role wasn’t “Grimdark I’mmafia” doesn’t mean it had to be town, either. The “nice person is bad” trope is actually the whole game.
Right? I can’t believe all the “Juliets must be forged (wherein the host lies to the town) cause she seems good in this thing the host wrote.”

Could "public silencing" maybe mean can't talk in public but yes in BTSC?

Long Con Black Rock do you announce when Darth Malignus silences someone?

Jack 3 is down to 2 and I learned there’s another baddie in that group.

We should hang Sig.
So is the Jackof 6 obsolete? Do the other three matter?

I'm also not discounting sprit being bad but if sig's gotta go, sig's gotta go.

I like the random animal theory.

I don't know what leap you made for INH = aubergine though.

I don't want to lynch Kyle even though people are PoEing him with me. I think he looks civ.

At this point I'm just going with role shenanigans fooling Sloonei's info or something.

I belueve this. Who do you suspect?

But clouds got in my way

I've looked at clouds from both sides now

Yin and/or Yang?
For those of you who aren’t hip, this is the first verse to Judy Collins’ “Both Sides Now,” a song about the dual natures of life, love and, yes, clouds.

Check out that role list and see which ones have a “dual” or “double” function. The guy with holograms, maybe, but he’s dead. And then there’s Yin and Yang.

Luna was one of that half, and is dead, and civ to boot. If these roles function as they did in the past, then the other half would now be bad (if my understanding is correct).

I’m not saying there aren’t other viable wagons (Tranq, Sabie, G-Man, and Sloonei might be pulling our legs quite frankly) but I think this deserves consideration and it’s where my vote goes as of now.

[VOTE: INH] aubergine
If your role flips back and forth between good and bad along with another player I think it would be foolish to out yourself to the thread like that.

If you put any stock into this and the grammar of the American South, "y'all" is a second-person plural pronoun.

That means more than one person can shut up.

And I doubt INH would be telling Lunalee to shut up.

As a southerner myself, I can confirm that I have heard "y'all" as a second-person singular pronoun as well. 'Tain't even close to proper grammar but it do what it do

So is the thought it was more than one person on a map square or more than one person because baddie chat?
Sometimes life does seem all planned out, like there's no choice in the matter. But that's just an illusion.
