Btw since I think speedchuck commented on it so I'll reply. What I said above doesn't mean I always think it's the person's fault for being lynched, in all situations. I just think that in a game, you are supposed to use the tools you have available to you. If you were given a choice to and said no, and if you do that due to an external reason like spite, then yeah, sorry, I don't think it's anyone else's blame for it.

If you think claiming will save you, then do it and save yourself.
If you think it won't then maybe don't bother.

As a matter of fact, I was in BTSC with Jack last night. But the reveals he has made so far aren't related to last night, they were related to previous nights. Specifically who targeted DH early and who poisoned Jack.
I just meant to point a difference between whatever you or Jack saw last night, with whatever anyone saw in previous nights, just so that people don't mix up night info to accuse me wrongly.

What is the purpose of hinting but not claiming?
1) Breadcrumbing for later cred
2) Role playing
3) As scum so town doesn’t call you out for claiming someone’s else’s role
4) To evaluate if town deserves to avoid a mislynch or not based on hint catching abilities
Hinting is very valuable without ever claiming. Mafia frequently searches for claims in my experiences then they target either by night kill or lynch said person. Plus TS is usually a no claiming zone so little hints are all I usually give. Could I role claim right now? Yes, would it stop my lynch maybe, but would I wind up being useless probably. Plus claiming is boring and I often won't claim even when it's allowed.

I get what you're saying here. I get the feeling sometimes people just give up. Like they feel like they cant do anything about it anymore.
What are your thoughts on jack then? Do you think hes being helpful or not?

Ok I did a quick ISO on Sig. Not gonna comment on things closely because I'll probably enter a spiral of laziness and procrastination if I attempt that.
His early game is pretty decent. He's hunting and showing interest in the game.
Night 2 he makes some very fishy posts where he accuses everyone at the same time. Feels a little like classic Sig tbh.
Then he makes some hunting posts here and there, but most of his effort until the end is either for defending himself, or tunnelling on Sabie. He really wants sabie dead.
I had good reasoning for her death and everyone else was just cool ignoring that map info.
In a vaccum that's not enough to make my want to lynch him. Early Sig is always fishy, so lately I'm making a point to leave him alone. While late Sig tends to become more useful. Then again, this amazing late Sig is taking a bit too long to appear and it's Day 5 already.
But we are not in a vaccum, there is information, and while I'm not sure if I wanna trust Jack, I feel like someone who comes here and delivers two independent pieces of evidence can't really be ignored. Claiming is always a risk that needs to be taking seriously, I believe.
Information about me and multiple other people whatcha doing is a crap shoot. Annnnd we can't really take what you say here in to account since you were within the squares to correct?
Also I don't feel like I have the motivation to stop the huge wagon, or to start another one. I was really in tune with that Tranq/INH/Quin thing and it all fizzled out, and now I feel like I've lost a grasp of who I read how. I think it would be healthy if we could try to go back to that state we had in Day 1/2 where we were just calling each other suspects left and right; It's like there are 10-15 players who are just out of focus anymore. Maybe it's because Sloonei wents less active and he's the one who usually pushes that stuff? Food for thought.

In regards to sigs comment that I said he didnt vote if you look at lynch day 3 and lynch day 4 I do lot see his name on it. Idk of that's an error or he was blocked or just didnt vote. I brought it up because I thought it was weird.

I am fairly sure DH has been recruited by one of the Mafia teams, but he's DH so he'll coast until it's too late for us to do anything about it and gloat so hard about his victory that my eyes will do a full 360 from being rolled so hard.

Pretty sure DH just spewed info he received from one of his Mafia teammates who has knowlege of role alignments but let's all lynch the psionic civilian instead.

Not even the meanest thing someone's done to me this game but definitely mean.
I have a hard time swallowing this whole "if sig is bad how is he getting landslided without resistance?" thing when yesterday he lost an 8 vote advantage.
