I don't see them being teammate compatible which makes me want to stop but I will finish it and publish the quotes for all of you to see in case you look at it and see something different.

For Jack to be sincere, the following must be true:

Mafia (or town for some reason) decided to busdrive Jack with one of their members, thus diverting any ill attacks on them at Jack.
This sent Long Con's role check at the mafia member, when he had aimed it at Jack.
When Jack is confronted with this, he says he targeted speedchuck, which was false, then corrected to nutella.
Mafia strongmanned nutella.

If Jack is mafia, he can get someone else on his team to target me with an offer even if LC says he's the dayskipper. He also easily knows that Elohcin has a mafia-or-town role, because he knows that everyone does, because he's the day/nightskipper.
