I think Owner is town and it's pretty natural that they are being awkwardly scummy. I haven't played with them (or maybe once), but I remember Owner had a pretty high lynch rate as town as well. Mix that in with Owner's own posting style (which can be seen as awkwardly wolfy as well)

There is no effort whatsoever in Owner's accusation of me to discern whether or not I'm a civilian. It's a fill-in-the-blank suspicion that invites others to answer without Owner ever stating a grievance. It's empty. It's evil.

And going through your iso your biggest effort was judging Indiglo based upon their relationship with people outside of the thread

“He’s got a gun!” a hippo officer lied. He tased the elephant several times.

“I fear for my life!” said a wolf officer, who proceeded to unload his shotgun into the already dead elephant.

The officers sprinkled some crack on the corpse, destroyed their body cams and shot a nearby dog for good measure.

But you see, the elephant, who turned out to be a fox in elephant pjs, really had killed Nick so in a way, the officers were justified.

In hindsight, I feel like I should have known better. There wasn't any big drama at the end of the day in terms of moving votes around. If Long Con had been here and explained a bit more, maybe we would have landed somewhere else. I don't know.

The bit epi brought up about speedy picking up that I hadn't interacted with Soneji were both fair points. One being epi noticed more people than just myself hadn't interacted with Soneji. And two Speedy being diligent and analyzing possible ties to Soneji.

Yes you do in fact. If you just sort people based on voting you, it's a straight omgus. Regardless even if someone votes you, you should be able to sort their intention behind their vote by their reasoning.

Big meanings as in empty and evil. Evil is a big word as it as you directly attach the scum agenda to owner there with it.

The hippo returned to the station. He had not managed to find the missing mammals but tomorrow was a new day.

“You are one hot dancer. Benjamin. Clawhauser,” someone said.

Where was Clawhauser anyway? He was normally at the front desk.

Wherever Clawhauser had gone, he wasn’t the only member of the Zootopia PD that went missing. Higgins never came home either. That mystery was short lived.

In the morning, Higgins was found, apparently mauled to death by a savage predator.

MacDougall has been nightkilled. He was Officer Higgins (Town, Prey)

I suspect Jinrou. While getting a lecture from a newcomer on how to play mafia is good fun, what I expect mafia to do is find a suspect they can hold on to, never actually lynch, and have a safe place to land a vote. If Jinrou genuinely suspects me, then I have some questions:

1) How do you expect to get me lynched by yourself? What will you do to convince others to have me gone?

2) If you happen to prove successful in removing me, what will you do then in the aftermath of my civility?

With a role like Officer Higgins, would one perhaps expect Mac to have been an alignment cop, or something similar?

If yes, and remembering that the host said we would not be alerted if/when our targets were changed... should an alignment cop trust the results they get from the host upon checking the alignment of another player? Therefore should the rest of us trust the reads of a possible alignment cop? How should we handle such a possibility? Or should we just chuck it to the bastard winds?
