if no disguise occurs, which i expect, then my POE feels pretty simple right now:

i can provide concrete reasons to give every player civilian credit. it feels the weakest though with Delta, and Kilo follows as an alternate. if there's a deeper mafioso than that, i guess Bravo. Hotel felt genuine yesterday.

what seems evident to me is that Hotel was a kill inspired by the disguiser -- that is, we're meant to be talking about the disguiser relative to that kill. that doesn't have to mean Hotel was bad last phase though. one regular kill of a disguiser-compatible player leaves us flailing around attacking previous civilian reads. that's a losing situation for LyLo either way.

since we're at LyLo i am just going to speak out any theory no matter how "revealing". my interpretation of Alpha's posts has been that they've declined to include articles (the part of speech, i.e. "the" or "a") in their posts as a means of remaining distinctive. that holds today. a mafioso may or may not have decoded the whole business by now, and if so it wouldn't be a miserable effort to replicate that. however, at face value, i don't think it looks that way right now.

i think Bravo or Kilo would be more viable disguises. if anyone is even in a disguise.

it's unfortunate we can't lynch an oracle on purpose to get the role ID from them.

however, with that in mind, it does represent a major advantage if we can get through one more day. indeed, it might be prudent for the doctor/oracle to just claim. verify in the rules that it's kosher first, but i think we're okay.

okay i see nothing in the rules against claiming. i strongly recommend the civilian power role -- if still alive -- claim immediately. if you're a doctor, there's no reason not to do it. we're in a 3 vs. 2, which means that even with a mafia lynch today you cannot buy us another mislynch with a successful protection. it'd just prolong the game and even worsen our odds in a 3 vs. 1 final phase.

Ok I'm gonna say where I stand.

Before this day, Charlie look legit af, Alpha looked fine, Bravo looked mostly fine. Delta looked meh.

After the day switched, there is a strong indication the disguiser acted, or at least mafia wants us to believe that possibility.

In this day phase, Charlie has pretty much dominated the discussion. Bravo is talking too, and seems like game-solving. I think he arrived at the conclusion that Charlie is innocent and Alpha is bad a bit too fast though, and could be trying to set up someone to mislynch Alpha maybe.

Delta is MIA. Please talk Delta. Alpha is here but hasn't said much. One thing that pings me is that he quickly reached the conclusion Hotel was the disguiser but doesn't seem worried about figuring out who they disguised.

Right now Kilo > Charlie > Bravo > Alpha > Delta. Because Delta was already not great yesterday and him not talking today isn't doing him any favors.

India is a unorthodox kill for a mafia. They usually want to kill someone who is not likely to be lynched or who is a threat to them. Makes me think either the body switch ability was involved or they did it on purpose to invoke WIFOM.

The same applies to Hotel, tbh.

Bravo - Relies heavily on snark and condescension without substance to back up opinions. I had him as light bad read during my first read list and he has only gave me more reason to find him suspect since then. I don’t feel like he has put in effort to game solve, instead is latching onto one person that he thinks he can get lynched. Looks bad imo. But then again, I’m that person so I may have a bias involved. My big pause is I really do believe Juliet was bad, and I don’t see a lot of teammate compatibility between the two. Looking at him alone however... Still have him as light bad.
