The highlighted bit looks like a real thing that exists in nutella's real brain, especially because it's nova specifically.

I'll expand: in 2019, nutella has been nova's biggest fan (understandably given that he did a lot of good things this year). I doubt she had the specific thought as a mafioso: "I am going to give nova mad props to look legit, because people expect me to give nova mad props" -- I don't think anyone has made this specific read until right now. That mindmelds were sufficient for the MVP sticker looks authentic.
