Just the 2 you mentioned, i think i was blocked in the night i wanted to check JPIC (actually my action failed, i have no proof of being blocked), one night was without actions and N1 was Ted and in the night Alison was killed i targeted Alison with result not guilty.
So 2 alive, 2 dead, one without answer, one night skipped. These are the checks i made.

Can write a story that changes the elimination target. Targeted Al Sama I believe, but Al was killed before the power could take place. Originally targeted Alison.

2. Tedextr -- [???] -- Killed N2
Don't think we got any hints from him. Green checked by Michelle.

3. Nanook - Deputy Lou Solverson
2 shot vig that can also protect I believe. Shot Dom and exposed him as Mafia. Is widely believed to be town.

4. Odd - Trooper Milch
Busdriver. Has been green checked by Michelle.

5. Sloonei -- [Ronald Reagan] -- Killed N2
If killed at night, causes the following night to be actionless. Can assign a bodyguard that absorbs actions aimed at him, but will die if he assigns scum as his bodyguard twice in a row. Can have the host post a message to the rest of the game. Is possibly the reason that Al Sama was night killed.

6. Esooa - UFO
Apparently is unkillable, can role block and protect in some capacity but is out of shots I believe. Doesn't count for parity, her vote doesn't count. She's town, unless the setup is completely broken.

7. Strawhenge - Skip Sprang
Gives typewriters. Shows as guilty to cop checks. Red checked by Michelle but very town on play.

8. JaggedJimmyJay -- [Constance] -- Killed N1
Can give his target an extra shot of their active ability. Can also send them to a seminar or something, which I don't think came in to play.

9. Staypositivefriend - Karl Weathers
Can give away estates and protect people I think. Doesn't know exactly what the estates are. Can remove a player's name from the poll once per day. Gave Nanook a 2 shot vest.

10. KZA - Trooper Darnell
Can target a player and repeat any failed actions on them. Gains a 1 shot version of any ability successfully repeated. Inherits the abilities of any dead players that I have provided backup to.

11. MacDougall -- [Peggy] -- Killed N1
Mason. Can steal votes and abilities. Can choose 2 players to be protected from, and will kill + janitor those targets if they attempt to kill either mason.

12. Dom -- Gavial -- [The Kitchen Brothers] -- Eliminated D3
2 lives, 2 votes, can double actions. Can janitor kill, and also not show to trackers while doing it. Can roleblock.

13. Marmot -- [Joe Bulo] -- Eliminated D1
Godfather. Immune to actions while he has a living teammate. 1 shot super kill. Can reassign the abilities of dead teammates. Can have BTSC with a target and learn their role.

14. TSP -- [Irma Mundt] -- Eliminated D2
If killed at night, 2 eliminations the next day. Town roleblocker.

15. Long Con -- - [Hank Larsson] -- Killed N4
Double vote. Tracks and watches on alternating nights. Can upgrade this to do both.

16. Fingersplints -- [Mike Milligan] -- Eliminated D5
Actions cannot be messed with. Redirector. Has a redacted ability that likely gave insight in to the other team. My theory is that he would learn their action targets in some capacity.

Mason. Can't talk about the rest.

Wolf tracker and janitor killer. Cannot be watched or tracked.

--- [Active] - Twice during the game, Lou may kill another player at night instead of working a security detail. If the player has participated in two mis-eliminations, Lou may upgrade it to a super-kill by using his shotgun. The upgrade will result in their role being janitored however which he isn't privy to its results.

[Active] - As the only lawyer in Town, Karl is responsible for the will and estate of all the members of the town. Any time a town revealed player dies, he'll gain a two-shot ability (if any) from their role that he may gift to a player of his choice that same day. He will not learn its effects, nor can he use it for himself.

I'm going through his ISO right now. There's always been something about Odd that I haven't been able to put my finger on. I think I fell into the trap of automatically trusting the trooper claim, and dismissed him from my POE for a while. Hopefully I'll get a better look at things in his ISO.
