if two different people got roles, and they both claim, one of them will be confirmed town (the one given power by the mafia), and the town PR will know which one of the two it is

so we could get a 2 confirmed towns outed + out the safe sane power given by the town PR (with some risk of crossing with reduces value), theres also risk of mafia or town holstering doe, they didn't have to use on n0

i think its best if people try to soft/hint at mech stuff without out loud saying it
