Trying to sort out the LP Guillo argument. I think meta reads can be open to interpretation like two people can see someone's play in different ways. So I feel like falcon seemed like his usual town self to me far but I don't know him as well as others might. My wilgy meta is telling me his random mumble posting is towny.

I agree with wilgy meta, I do expect him to start like doing something, but not this early and he's mislynched almost as much as me so we gotta have that day 1 protection going on.
I also had a hard time processing all of it. I think it comes down to differing opinions on meta reads and like if someone's meta read is off does that make them scummy. I don't think it does if it's early on in the game when there isn't much other info to go off of.
Yeah that always sucks when that happens but I think that's gotten better for him. If given a chance to live longer wilgy becomes more active. I guess I do the same thing.

I have read the thread thank you for asking. When I say not as much info I mean like day 1 we don't have flips or actions or anything to look at yet so the focus tends to be more on meta and tone. I was trying to figure out the point of your disagreement with LP. Do you scum read both LP and falcon?
I scum read LP. I dont have a definite read on falcon but they have not raised red flags for me.
I dont think Gavial is scum but he’s got a really wrong read on me.
I scum read Sig he is obvious outed scum and he/she is omgusing me like that is supposed to make me feel threatened, that’s some funny shit. Everyone knows that i play every day like im gonna die the next night, if I die then Im freeeee and onto the next game, but i will surely hunt scum until they finally shut me down.
I havent read the last 10 hours or so but i will catch up and fire will rain down on evil tonight (unless i hit a strip club with some friends tonight, still undecided).

Inside the spoiler but post #1 Gavial takes Falcon's RNG team guess and says "I'm fine with all of them except for LP" which is taking a joke post seriously and literally just being "Fine" with the rest of the names being voted off.
Post #2 just yells out "I can sheep you!" towards Falcon for saying he sus's Sean. Like is he fine with sheeping Falcon because he agrees that Sean is wolfie orrrrrr...?

Sig has an odd posting style, but I've seen it from Town Sig and nothing stands out as an obvious Mafia tell at the moment.
Dolby is weird. Their either a really ballsy Mafia suggesting a D0 Massclaim or Town since Mafia are going to want to shy away from blatantly saying something that would benefit the Mafia a lot more than Town.
Seanzie I don't know about. On the one hand they jumped pretty quickly on the massclaim idea, but their posts seem to indicate an actual through process was going on and they eventually realized it probably hurts Town more than it helps.
Wiggly is Spy or Pyro, maybe a Spyro. Part of me wants to give him a Town pass just because Mafia hardclaiming immediately is not something I really see them wanting to do especially if they are claiming a protective role like Pyro.
Guillotine feels weird, they are just all over the place and I can't tell if they are fishing to see what people will latch onto and bandwagon with or just a quirky person.
Falcon is oddly very active this game which they were pretty inactive when I've seen them and they were Town and based on what Guillotine said earlier about Falcon's scum game I'd say this is probably going to end up flipping Mafia.
LC and Mac I'm both going to put in the category of I don't want to see an early game lynch of them, they are high prio Mafia kill targets I feel so they'll die off or be revealed as Mafia eventually be it through checking them or living a long time.

There are to many reads that are null/shades. There aren't any real townreads, or even wolf reads here, the closest being Sig more than Wilgy I guess? But both reads are so watered down that it hurts. The only read that is actually decently strong and not watered down or leaving room to go back on is the scum read on Falcon, which there is some continuity with them voting Falcon rn at least.
It's basically a whole lot of words pretending to be a whole lot of reads, but it really isn't reads.
Also the characterization that I was suggesting a massclaim is bad bc I was advocating against the idea but I feel like that's not reading into what I was saying rather than wolfy.
The only thing that I like is the blatant PR speculation on Wilgy that I think might not come from mafia but I still kinda want to vote here tbh
I think that LP's posts are becoming townier as I move through the thread, ex: 301 talking about reasons to not sus Gav in such a manner that I don't think is designed to pocket him or is w/w

In theory, you have a point.
In practice, I doubt the belief voices that know differently wouldn't speak up. Besides, ultimately a person isn't going to trust meta about someone else that they don't know over their own conclusions unless they have nothing else to go off of. For example, Dyslexicon may have a valid & strong point about Seanzie's meta and posting so far but ultimately I'm probably going to hold my own conclusions at a higher level of consideration later on in the game.

Wilgy as town often starts off not posting much and if he lives long enough then becomes more talkative. I think I've only seen one scum wilgy. He gets misyeeted a lot for lack of participation early on.

Wilgy as town typically goes into gimmicks most of Day 1 and then proceeds to go into solve attempts Day 2 and onwards.
Example of this is Philosphy 2 when he spoke in a gimmick that a few people can understand all of Day 1 until he was in trouble and almost yeeted and became serious.
Last few games where Wilgy was either 3P or mafia he was a bit more attempting to solve or push someone at the start of the game.
So yeah the muffled talking gimmick is town!indicative of him in my view.
