Why are you so concerned Snow?

And Dom,... lol... I'm not even. You can't pull one quote... that's ok.

Frankly, this presents the final nail in the coffin for Snow Dog and Bass being bad, IMO.

RIP TH 2.0. :( Guess there wasn't anything to the weirdness at the end there after all.

My point about Dom is, he cited Bass' assumption of how many recruits there were as an indication of badiness. He voted for him for it.

I don't remember Dom saying anything to me about my guesses at how the recruitments went down. Even if he said, "How do you know"... that's MUCH different than voting someone for it...

So yeah... big ol' fat :eye:

It seems logical to me to conclude that the lynch was switched from Bass to TH 2.0.

Not sure what role could do that though, I don't remember a lynch switch in the roles. That only leaves the two secret roles or some non-role related function as explanations.

I can't think of any other reason that would happen.

I'm not entirely sure that this lynch switch falls on Snow's shoulders. There's nothing in the Cyber's roles about a lynch switch. As a matter of fact, there's nothing in any of the roles about a lynch switch, is there?

None of the revealed roles anyway....

MP, what made you think he was The Master?
I honestly wasn't convinced he was The Master, but I was curious if he was due to his saying that the night actions got redirected, in addition to MM dropping his night action as noteworthy, and the fact that he has been really sly this game.

I was curious to hear what he had to say in response, and that's what my vote was meant to represent, but... apparently I won't get his response, and my paranoid wondering was totally off the mark.

Bass was clearly going to be lynched, right? But if Bass switched the lynch, why would he preemptively choose TH 2.0? That's where the Snow Dog connection comes in.

I suppose my opinion is colored by the fact that I strongly believe they're both Cybermen.

If you can think of a better explanation, I'm all ears, but that seems like the only feasible one to me.

Go ahead, make fun of my use of clearly, but Bass had 10 votes. Chris had 4. Correct? So he was in the lead.

Honestly MP, this all makes me worry about you being recruited.

I think Snow Dog need to hide his 3 or 4 votes. I was egging him on to vote me, so I can manipulate his role power against him, Of course he wasn't going to allow that. He had no other choice but to put his vote somewhere else. All he did was jump on your suspicion of TH because it was handy.

You put the first vote on TH. I think it's just unlucky for Snow Dog to put his vote there.

I think the recruiter has two reasons to have switched this vote. Maybe three.

1. The recruiter needs a kill to recruit. They could try to find Strax or The Master, which would be hard. Or they can recruit one of the Cybers, and once the others are dead, have the kill.
2. This pushes our lynch schedule out one more lynch, since we're only going to try to lynch Bass again tomorrow.

Go back to Clue with me for a moment. Do you recall the Chief? Bass was the Chief. He switched the lynch when he wasn't in danger at all. To me (and my spreadsheet), that was foolishness. I even said so when he claimed it, and *I* got suspected over that.

I don't think Bass switched a lynch. I think Bass is far more careless with such blessings. No- I bet this was someone else.

Hmmm, interesting point. His usage of the lynch switch was pretty crazy in that game.

Well, I still think Bass and Snow Dog are bad, for reasons I've stated before (in the posts I showed you above and others) regardless of this lynch switch. I do think the switch smells fishy, and I can't help but think they're involved, but I'll mull over this.

MP, all recruitment shenanigans aside, I trust Snow Dog. I don't think he is responsible for or knew about this lynch switch.

I can imagine a scenario in which the mystery recruiter team wanted to switch the lynch from cyber-Bass to good-civvie-TH, to balance the teams, it being easier for them to operate against the civilians with the Cybers still in the picture.

Meanwhile, I'd like to point out that Chris is creating scenarios that fit his suspicion.

Frankly, this presents the final nail in the coffin for Snow Dog and Bass being bad, IMO.

RIP TH 2.0. :( Guess there wasn't anything to the weirdness at the end there after all.

Chris, can I tell you my level of confidence on TH now? :p
WTF????? Huh>????? I dnt uderstanf
MP7, note the reaction. Snow Dog's incredulity here is palpable. I can picture him spraying his computer screen with whatever he was drinking at the time he read that, tripping over the keyboard to write his response. He can't be responsible for that lynch switch.

What do we know about the recruiter TH? That he recruited 2 players, minimum. I think there are 1 or 2 more recruited players out there. What else?

NOTHING.

This is the first time I put forth the theory of odd day recruitments.

Dom made it a point to pick apart my posts, but never once said anything to me about the recruitment schedule.

I just want to show where this is, so anyone else can look and see for themselves.

Sometimes it will naturally come out, but it can be contained if we just remember that this is a game on a message board forum that 99.99% of the population of the Earth has never heard of before. No matter how successful anyone is, it means just about nothing.

keys, for the day 8 lynch, Snow was convinced that I was The Master, and that was the day to chip away at me.

Now today, he wouldn't vote me. Why wouldn't he put the vote on me or Bass?

Why did he put his vote on some random person with one vote?

Ask yourself that.

And if you say "maybe he thought TH was bad", I'm flying over to London to smack you...
