Matahari, usually when someone says, "I like the way you think," it means "I agree with your thought process." I have never been told "I like the way you think" followed with, "but I disagree with you."

Just saying this feels like a strange backwards progression in response to Jay's question. Was there something else Jay said that you agree with other than his indiglo suspicion?

She could have been referring to how he came to feel she was good though. He did jump in with a snap decisions regarding her alignment being good. A baddie can do this as well. I don't think Jay's bad though. I liked his response as well, I also like how he's trying to instigate conversation with his insta-reads.

In my case, it means I like the way he explained his thought process. I don’t have to agree with his or anyone’s conclusions, but it is nice to see how they arrived at those conclusions.

It's used but not like it was back in the day when the duchies were around. So I don't think not using it shows a mafia alignment. I am tending to agree so far. I feel worse about Mata though. That whole "I like how you think" thing was just weird. I don't understand how she thinks it's worthwhile to say that if she doesn't mean she agrees with Jay, and I find it hard to believe she didn't think it would be taken that way. It was an unnecessary post that she unnecessarily backpedaled on, and all the while she could have been forming original reads instead.
