This means that either:
A. Juliets is a witch.
B. The smoothie I was drinking acted up on me.

Probably not going to happen today, but if anyone is caught up and looking for something to do, I'd love thoughts on D2 Juliets.
So speed, I wish you could provide more detail, if something comes to you no matter how small it is that could account for the gut read I hope you'll bring it up. Also, though I am not a witch, my mother swears she is a "water witch" which is a person who can find water underground using just their senses and a stick. Yes, this is a true story. I don't seem to have inherited the ability.

linki: Oh Golden, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he gets better soon.

nijuukyugou wrote: Thu Jun 21, 2018 5:09 pm All right, I gotta go soon for Appointment #5343256 today (actually it's #4, but still that's a lot for one day), but I have caught up enough to give a vote.

ColinIsCool, thanks for answering my question. Makes sense. I like gathering reads and reactions.

I see a linki for Golden - from what I see between the two, it's Luna's (I hope I'm right - I'm just typing from memory rather than going back meticulously through the thread) breakdown of LC's behavior. Missing the vote, contributing fluff, etc. I considered him, as well as lapluie again, for a vote, for being mostly absent and fluffy (awwww), especially lap - she disappeared after suspicion died pretty quick, but I also see others saying this is "normal" for her. I know LC's a busy dude, and the last couple of games I've played with him, he's been like this, IIRC. Mixed alignments, IIRCA (the A is for Again). But I don't like letting possible baddies lie low for long, busyness or "playstyle" or not.

I'm most pinged today, however, by nutella, especially in regards to suspicion of speedchuck. I get it - you're looking at his previous games as a baddie and playing at Supatown. But I found myself asking the same question as someone else (sorry, don't remember who, even though I think it's even on this page): since when did apathy indicate civvieness? I know I've been burned a few times by super active people fooling me into thinking they're good because of their activity, but I feel like I've been fooled more often by those lying close to the surface (literally and figuratively, different verbs).

Yes, my vote is slightly contradicting what I've just said about low-lying players (hell, even as I'm writing it, I'm second-guessing the crap out of myself, as this tie is more favorable than yesterday's IMO), but I'm going with nutella since I feel the stronger ping the more I read her.

(Do y'all want an aubergine with that? They're pretty all right, but I prefer squash in the summer.)

Good god the linki (yes I'm going to comment on it every time it happens)
I like the contradicting paragraph. Feels genuine.

hmmmm

well if it's between long con and nutella i think nutella looks worse

however speed brought up some good points about her not playing like fire emblem, i think i want to review LC's activity at early u-pick to see if juliets is right. I remember him being active but maybe I'm just remembering his bts persona

Kylemii reviewing early LC in U-Pick he was more active that I remembered - he was also hunting - or pretending to since he was bad. Now can anyone remember a recent game where he was civ? I'd like to take a look at that too.

that's actually what I'm thinking.

long con's behavior in u-pick was different than it is here. in that game sure he wasn't like super "town" day 1 or anything but he put effort into asking questions and even made a big multi paragraph post. That doesn't mean LC isn't mafia here, but if LC is mafia here then he's taking a noticably different (more laid back) approach to the game.

I kind of have the newbie-jeebies about this as well - I really don't like to do it unless I am pretty sure. I'm taking another look at nutella and lap but continuing to research LC.

When someone is as non-participating as LC or lapluie is this game, i usually look at it as NAI (the fact that they're not around). Because that often means IRL is interfering. Of course there are exceptions and I got no meta.

Sorry, I’m not trying to target paint - I’m just not one to hold back my honest thought process because it could target paint.

It’s not your case on nutella but analysis of both and the fact I feel like your decision is informed that leads me to follow you. It’s mostly a ‘for now’ hopefully, don’t feel the pressure.

"Farting around" is a good description of Scotty's play this game. His accusations are muddy, his conclusions are unsubstantiated and wrong.
His playstyle doesn't seem to have anything behind it. It's like it exists for the sake of existing. That doesn't mean 'scum', but it makes me leery.

Ok I'll take a look at Ass Class.
Well in Ass Class he is talkative Day 1 and most importantly offering opinions about people so his behavior here is inconsistent with mafia LC from U-Pick and civ LC from Ass Class. My major issue with him is he shows no hunting in this game so far which he has in past games. The problem is that may be NAI for him.

Because I didn’t get around to killing her. Sorry, forgot.

Also don’t see nutella as bad based on how the lynch yesterday shook out but I also haven’t caught up the last 3 pages. I’d rather join the LC wagon

Both. And I've said why like three times
I've read your ISO, you have not said 3 times. You said mostly because he's not contributing though you liked Luna's reasons too. My problem is I've looked at two games one where he was bad, one where he was good and he contributed both times. And if we want to look at people who are not contributing how do I differentiate him from Vomps? This is just basic analysis. I'm not moving my vote though because I consider my doubts to be within reason, i.e., normal for a day 2 vote.

Ten?! Goodness

I have expressed suspicion on someone most read as civ, not an "easy target"
I am doing my best to solve/find scum despite pressure on me
I am uncertain about several people and tagging along with other people's cases which is consistent with my civ meta
I am not playing similarly to games in which I was scum
I am questioning and prodding people and looking up isos and other game references when I have time
I've posted thoughts impulsively and reacted to things organically in the moment, and I change my mind a lot which always gets me in trouble as a civ but is still just how I play I can't help it because I don't know anyone's alignment for sure and get nervous

That's about ten right

Oh too late lol

I didn't see much on topic from you on d1, and your refusal to vote within the tie looked like maybe a town meta thing for you but could also easily be TMI and I already kinda suspected you for not participating much. Today you've been a bit better but I still feel like you're not giving much in the way of organic reads, you seem a couple steps removed/aloof from the thread
