Is this the wildest NFL offseason ever?
  • Kyler Murray drafted to replace Josh Rosen
  • Antonio Brown forcing his way to a trade and nearly retiring because of his helmet
  • OBJ traded to the Browns
  • Tyreek Hill investigation, no suspension
  • Andrew Luck retiring at 29
  • LeSean McCoy, once (and maybe still?) considered a future HoFer cut by the Bills
  • Blockbuster Clowney trade followed immediately by blockbuster Tunsil trade
All it says to me is that things that don't usually happen, are going to happen in 2019. Better start preparing for a parade in Buffalo now.

His fundamentals are a little sloppy but he’s got a great attitude and a team-first mindset.

Well to be fair, I was disappointed that we let the Jets score too.

They were cruising toward 4 straight games without allowing a touchdown, then a muffed punt and a pick six by the rookie backup QB in garbage time changed that.

The defense is still pitching a TD shutout though.

I'm okay with an 0-3 start if they can get Zac Taylor his first win against the Steelers on Monday Night Football.

I guess my Dolphins might have a chance against the Jets this weekend now that the trade deadline has put an end to their fire-wagon sale shenanigans. Though I think they may have a better chance against the Bengals. I guess we'll see how Dalton's replacement does before I get my hopes up.

Please beat the Bengals so they can land the first pick. :nicenod:

We've got three first-round picks, so I don't know that landing the first overall pick is that important.

The Jets and the Falcons both did the Dolphins a favor today. Can they stick to tank mode or is Fitzmagic too powerful a force to overcome?

Or Herbert?

Or Akili Smith?

After treating the team like a dumpster fire and trading away much of the best talent on the team they could have started a rebuild with as foundational pieces, the Dolphins had one job to do. They can’t even lose when they need to. Maybe the top draft pick isn’t necessary, but the first-round picks from the Steelers and Texans are only dropping lower on the draft board with every passing week.

Is it wrong to say that I’m almost hopeful now that their tank-and-rebuild strategy fails miserably?

Having the Bills play on Thanksgiving is pretty exciting. I'm cautiously optimistic against this Cowboys team but part of me does think the moment will be a little big for Josh Allen and some of the other guys.

Hush you. Countless sports journalists have already jinxed my fantasy by prematurely questioning if this is the end of the Brady/Belichick/Patriots dynasty era. They only dropped to the 3-seed for God's sake.

It’s not over unless Brady decides to leave this year. He’s still good and the struggles are not on him. Not directly, at least.

I can’t see them beating Baltimore in Baltimore this year. I can see then beating KC though. They were the better team in the second half of their regular season matchup there.

At this point I just want to see a Brady/Brees or Brady/Rodgers Super Bowl. It’s ridiculous that we haven’t had either of those matchups yet with how long all three of them have been at the top of the game. But it won’t be this year. It’ll be Baltimore vs. whoever comes out of the NFC.

This week’s winners:
Bills
Pats

Saints
Seahawks

I can see it. You're not a true Bills fan if you don't go into every match-up expecting a crushing loss, while also believing in your heart of hearts that they can pull it off no matter what. They've done wilder things against a Houston team in the Wild Card round before ...

Titans/Ravens is the only pick I would have got wrong this week, but I think we're all in that boat. :p

Henry is a machine. He goes against everything that the modern NFL is supposed to be, but he's unstoppable right now. I can see Tennessee winning the Super Bowl on his shoulders. I'll be rooting for the FIghtin' Vrabels.
