I know for a fact Daisy is staying. I haven't talked to Alex about that but it's hard to believe he would leave. I agree they should both stay.

To the best of my knowledge Alex is staying. But I can’t say that with 100% confidence because I’m not him and I don’t know what his plans are. I am definitely staying. We both love this community and will not let our personal issues manifest in The Syndicate. No one will be asked to choose between us or anything. So fret not, neither of us is being forced out.

I apologize that I have been absent in the midst of this. Sometimes you have to be able to step back and take care of your own emotional well being. I am now in Waco with my sister, and in the next couple weeks you will start to see me here more consistently.

Actually, I meant is it your head, your lungs, digestive system, legs, etc. but thats probably TMI. I hope they don't find anything or they find something small that can be treated easily.

Ongoing abdominal weirdness from almost a year ago. The contrast dye I’ve been nursing over the last 100 minutes tastes like poorly-prepared lemonade, which is better than I expected. They still have to put an IV in my arm yet, so we’ll see how that goes.

Sounds familiar. I had something like that in 2015.

I did a bunch of exams and found nothing. Then I did a blood test and found I was gluten-intolerant.

6 months and a gluten-free diet later, I go to another doctor, who looks at the original blood test and says "wait, only one of the two indicators for gluten is showing a positive result, this could be wrong". He asks for another test and this time I get a negative on both indicators. Went to eat a pizza in the same week.

The belly pain disappears a few months later on its own. Turns out it was a mix of genetics (my father's side has very sensible stomachs) and anxiety from not getting an internship in college.

I have a newfound respect for people who can't eat gluten, though. It sucks.

Stomach pains from anxiety is something I've lived with for the past 15 years. Not fun. I would prefer to just stop eating gluten

They're making more and more gluten-free food products recently, but a few years ago there was nothing that didn't taste like soggy cardboard

Well I was walking out of Old Navy with a new pair of pants when I saw the firefighters dousing my car. Everything under the hood was a pile of ash, windshield shattered and melted. no idea what caused it, the car was parked and turned off

Yeah, if you Google "Hyundais on fire" you will get quite a few results. You would think if there was a problem the manufacturer can isolate that they would have done something by now, so if I were you, I would do some deeper research on this, see if they have found anything., and keep following it.
