As soon as I have a tenth person signed up for yes I’ll send out roles and you can all submit your actions. That way at the least if someone else replaces in actions are already complete

Yep.
There's going to be a lot of mechanical spillage, gambits, and such. But there's only one night, during which actions take place and some roles actually change hands, then one day phase and one lynch.
