The year is 2032.
The 87-year old Donald Trump has lost his presidential bid to Kamala Harris, granting her a second term in office. While claiming the loss was fake news, he seems to be sure that 2036 is when America will be made great again.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation claims that they will encircle Bakhmut shortly and that victory for them is at hand as soon as they expand the draft to include 40+ old women.
And in other news, Nanook has finally completed the seventh rolecard for his Art Upickish setup, requiring only ten more rolecards to go.

What's the timeframe for this game starting? I just want to know because I'm considering signing up for the mountainous game and I don't want there to be much overlap with this if I do.

There will be a pregame (but not prerand) art auction, held over discord, starting as soon as i get the servers set up and everyone joins. Immediately following that the game proper will start.
