closer to neutral than anything but i've been shifting around. i had him as slightly town before i left the thread yesterday and went to sleep. part of me feels that if the town's best guess is rondo we're probably not winning this game. whether that should have any effect on how i read him idk.

to be honest i feel like my heart thinks he's town and that i'm being somewhat peer-pressured into thinking he's wolfier than he actually is to me.

i think what i called abrasiveness in him is usually a wolf trait but i don't think it's wolfy here. not sure i can really elaborate on that, but just that he's been very consistently posting with attitude in every post i've read makes me like him more somehow. like it doesn't feel like an act.

as far as solvey stuff from rondo, i don't really have anything in mind, but i've melded with some posts and insights iirc and he seems to be actually contributing better than others?

like i'm not saying he can't be wolf but i don't understand fully why he's your first choice

I remember having a convo with 112 (in like…day 2???…) where I didn’t believe her progression of suspicion in D1, and her response was something along the lines of ‘as a wolf, I make sure my progressions make sense and are logically sound’.
So besides the fact that she never gave any reasons for her surface scum read of MR, she systematically begins to respond after voting him in the wagon and calls him as town lean. She then uses this to justify looking elsewhere as his wagon formed. When it became between Bo and MR, she was more inclined to vote Bo, more because Mr was now a townread. That progression made sense. Somewhere along the line she vanity wagon’d onto falcon tho. So…if she had kept it on Bo it would look even better for Bo, but since she didn’t, it’s a worse look for even Bo.

and for me, if i can rage for a bit, i've been strongly suspected of being maf in every game of mafia i've played for the past two years. the only time i'm not a serious contender for yeet is when i'm mechcleared or something and the mafia kill me

most people will never be able to accurately read me when i'm playing sucky mafia and will struggle even more when i'm on my game as is the case here

Of course.

The thing about 112 is that when she's on her game she is a unique player archetype I struggle to definitively read, despite having played with her for so many years. I could definitely read her pre-2019 or so, but since her Champs experience I've often struggled - unless she's phoning it in, of course, which happened occasionally in CDC games.

My default setting is to scumread her. Partially this is me just being very reluctant to let myself be fooled by her, partially it's the erratic behaviour she can exhibit as town/mimic as scum. I need to look for reasons to call her town, not the other way around. So far this game we've not interacted in the thread at the same time much; both of us have had long spurts of not being present. So it's been difficult to get any sort of accurate read and I've largely avoided doing so and focused instead on what's in front of me when I'm here.

I will go out on a limb and again GTH call her town. On a big picture level, her limpness in the game would point to her being scum who just doesn't have the time/inclination to put in work. As town she should find it easier to throw out some snap reads without a care in the world. Okay, so now that MR has flipped Red, I see so many red flags in this ISO from that POV alone.
112 called MR scummy on multiple occasions never followed that read of theirs, when somone questioned them about MR, they changed with a towny opinion even though they found MR scummy few pages back. They only voted for MR D3 when he was becoming a topic of concern and after some time they called their post as "this is fair and reads as prototypical towny MR". i don't see why MR-112 can't be scum buddies given the progression honestly.

i thought koba was pretending to be drunk here btw. i think if you scroll up on that page there's a post or a post in a quote suggesting koba was claiming to be 'hammered' or, in my interpretation, drunk. the post i said was gibberized looked like fake drunk texting, but i think koba was just in a rush or something and i started townreading them after their explanation.

The thing about 112 is that when she's on her game she is a unique player archetype I struggle to definitively read, despite having played with her for so many years. I could definitely read her pre-2019 or so, but since her Champs experience I've often struggled - unless she's phoning it in, of course, which happened occasionally in CDC games.

My default setting is to scumread her. Partially this is me just being very reluctant to let myself be fooled by her, partially it's the erratic behaviour she can exhibit as town/mimic as scum. I need to look for reasons to call her town, not the other way around. So far this game we've not interacted in the thread at the same time much; both of us have had long spurts of not being present. So it's been difficult to get any sort of accurate read and I've largely avoided doing so and focused instead on what's in front of me when I'm here.

I will go out on a limb and again GTH call her town. On a big picture level, her limpness in the game would point to her being scum who just doesn't have the time/inclination to put in work. As town she should find it easier to throw out some snap reads without a care in the world. Since it is a flipless game I think many things can happen but if two scums die on consecutive days I think scum would try to keep the other scums safe or distance them. But I don't think understand your reason for asking this question and what is it based on?
