Remember that wins and losses should add up to 256-256. :noble:

You've got the Jags tired for first in their division, you are a brave man :noble:

I think you're a little too generous to the Rams and the Eagles. Maybe I'll make one of these later.

I allowed myself one "fun" prediction, and that was Jacksonville. While I think they're improved, my putting them there is just as much a reflection of how awful I think the AFC South is. It's plausible Luck returns to form and the Colts put up double-digit wins, but I don't like pretty much anything on their roster outside him -- and I'm not even sure how much I like him.

I could perhaps be kinder to Houston too. I don't believe in Osweiler, but they've a decent roster otherwise.

These division alignments still annoy me after 14 years. Fix it.

AFC East: New England, Buffalo, New York, Baltimore
AFC North: Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis
AFC South: Houston, Tennessee, Jacksonville, Miami

I guess Baltimore fans would just start hating the Patriots, but what are Pittsburgh fans supposed to do?

Rejoice that two annual injury circuses have been removed from the schedule.

All of these as they currently are make more sense than the Dallas Cowboys being in the NFC East.

Oh man. Not sure how I missed this.

I just got home from a workout and need to shower, and then I'll post a list of my own. I need to really ponder the AFC South anyway... :ponder:

I just copied JJJ's list and adjusted as necessary. In a perfect statistical world, I'd make every team 8-8 so my records tend to stay within and around the .500 margin.

AFC East
New England Patriots 11-5
New York Jets 7-9
Buffalo Bills 7-9
Miami Dolphins 6-10

AFC North
Cincinnati Bengals 11-5
Pittsburgh Steelers 10-6
Baltimore Ravens 7-9
Cleveland Browns 5-11 (My consensus 2017 #1 draft pick! Which I'm sure they'll trade again for 500 extra draft picks.)

AFC West
Kansas City Chiefs 10-6
Denver Broncos 9-7
Oakland Raiders 9-7
San Diego Chargers 6-10

AFC South
Houston Texans 9-7
Jacksonville Jaguars 9-7
Indianapolis Colts 8-8
Tennessee Titans 6-10

NFC East
Dallas Cowboys 9-7
Washington Redskins 8-8
New York Giants 7-9
Philadelphia Eagles 7-9

NFC North
Green Bay Packers 10-6
Minnesota Vikings 9-7
Detroit Lions 7-9
Chicago Bears 6-10

NFC West
Arizona Cardinals 11-5
Seattle Seahawks 10-6
Los Angeles Rams 7-9
San Francisco 49ers 5-11

NFC South
Carolina Panthers 10-6
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8-8
Atlanta Falcons 7-9
New Orleans Saints 5-11

Playoff seeds (AFC):

1. New England
2. Cincinnati
3. Kansas City
4. Houston
5. Pittsburgh
6. Jacksonville (this is my gamble pick)

Playoff seeds (NFC):

1. Arizona
2. Green Bay
3. Carolina
4. Dallas
5. Seattle
6. Minnesota

First round:
- Kansas City over Jacksonville
- Pittsburgh over Houston
- Carolina over Minnesota
- Seattle over Dallas

Second round:
- New England over Kansas City
- Cincinnati over Pittsburgh
- Arizona over Seattle
- Green Bay over Carolina

AFC Championship:
- New England over Cincinnati

NFC Championship:
- Arizona over Green Bay

Super Bowl:
- Arizona over New England

Big Prediction of 2016/2017 that would change the entire season:

- Tom Brady, at age 39, finally falls off the cliff halfway through the season aka Peyton Manning in his last year and a half. He gets injured in Week 14 (and subsequently retires after the season), the Patriots fail to make the playoffs with Jimmy Garoppolo, the Bengals secure the #1 seed in the AFC, and ride it all the way to the franchise's first ever Super Bowl in a tight victory over Arizona. Andy Dalton becomes King of the Gingers and wins the Super Bowl MVP.

JJJ, get on my level, bro. :srsnod:

As much as I would love to see it happen, I refuse to predict a Bengals playoff victory after what happened in January. I just can't do it. Prove me wrong you striped motherf***ers. :disappoint:

Over the last 6 seasons, the Bengals and Steelers have only once played each other before Week 8, generally playing their two games in the second half of the season.

This year, they meet up in Pittsburgh in Week 2. I wonder if this has anything to do with the suspensions of Le'Veon Bell and Vonteze Burfict, so to keep this game marginally more civil.
