I've never done confidence picks before. Is it required/necessary to input them? I guess if it impacts one's "points" it must be.

I'm actually pissed at the refs and all those missed helmet-to-helmet calls. It's like they want somebody to be hurt.

Sadly, I didn't get to watch the game so I only heard it on the radio...Cam didn't sound too coherent during the post-game interviews, though...

I'm not surprised. He got blasted in the head four fucking times.

I did pretty well for Week 1 but I put too many points on the line for what all the talking heads assured me was a sure thing in the Rams over the 49ers. I never played with confidence points before, so I'm sure that will be my undoing.

Reminder to at least pick the Thursday game.

Looks like a few of these afternoon games are going to cost me some points unless thing change in the second half.

The afternoon and night games cost me a lot of points today. I'm glad I had a good Week 1, because my lead is gone now.

I think this will be the week where my success falls apart. The confidence points make it a lot harder. I'm going with too many underdogs this week.

I kept flip-flopping on last night's game...right before kick-off I settled on Houston. Thank god I only gave it 1 confidence pt.

Not sure how I feel about confidence points. I'm having an awful year, easily my worst ever so far, actually choosing the correct winners -- but I'm in second place.

Tied for the worst win-loss record.

Brutal weekend for me in both picks and confidence points. Oh well. My goal is to pick at least half of the games right this season. Plenty of time left for that.

Hey MM, I noticed something recently: your confidence points are almost always the opposite of "consensus", where there is consensus. I mean that where most of us are putting our 14 point top confidence games, you're putting 1 point.

I bring this up because I'm wondering if you're doing it that way on purpose or if you're mistakenly doing the points backwards. Just figured I'd let you know if you don't already.

No wonder I'm getting so many picks right, yet doing so poorly. I just assumed that Number 1 meant my number one choice in confidence.

Aw crap. I forgot it was Thursday Night Football night and missed the deadline by two minutes.

It's a tough game to call, so I probably would have just wagered 1 point.

It's a two-man race I think, barring a huge comeback by BDH. We've been duking it out for weeks, G-Man.

And all I have to show for it is more correct picks. Too bad our league goes by confidence points.

I thought this thing would also include the playoff games, but it appears not. I guess I'm the champ.

If we went by picks alone instead of incorporating confidence points, I'd have edged you out by one point. #moralvictories
