Episode 11: "Don't Hold This Against Me"

Down to 6, the players were starting to get slimmer (and not just the waists). Players were beginning to look toward the end. Who to sit next to in the finals, who to let drown.

"Who's everyone voting for?" asked Elo.

"I wish we didn't have to vote out anyone. All I know is, it's not gonna be me!" smiled OptOut.

"I'm looking for a peaceful compromise. This has been one clucking hell of a week!" croaked Doodle, the chicken.

"Holy shit, it talks!!" jumped Quin.

At tribal, Scotty Probst entered, carried via rickshaw.

"You can go now," said Probst, cracking the whip on the local tribesman. The small man scurried away.

The tribal council went as usual, or as usual as it could. Every player in turn went up to put a name down.

"I'll go get the votes."

Probst pulled out a boombox not seen in the world since the early 90's, inserted a cassette and pressed play. It began playing "Rock Lobster" by the B-52's, and the tribe listened intently through the entire song.

"Wow! That was amazing!" screamed LoRab, when it finished.

"Yes. Now, I'll really go get the votes." He walked over and retrieved the votes. Weird for Scotty.

"Now…if anyone has the hidden immunity idol and wishes to play it, you may do so now.”

Could another idol be played? Every player looked around anxiously, except Quin, who stood up and waltzed over to Probst with a stony necklace.

"Probst...it's time to unleash the Kraken. I'm playing this idol...for Sorsha!"

Probst looked at the idol and smiled. He then cast it into the fire pit.

"This is not a hidden immunity idol. I'm sorry you were led astray."

"Oh, shucks!" Quin shuddered.

Quin did a 180 and started walking back to his bench. Then stopped.

"But actually, Probst," smirked Quin, turning back towards the bewildered host, "I do have the real one, and I am playing it for Sorsha for real."

He withdrew another idol from somewhere in his pants and handed it to Scotty. Scotty looked disgusted, but held it up.

“This...is a hidden immunity idol. Quin has used his Hidden Immunity Idol on Sorsha. Any votes cast against her will not count. Once the votes are read, the decision will be made and the person will be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I’ll read the votes."

Instead of asking for 2 players for BTSC, you will automatically gain BTSC in the night with the 2 names you PM me today.

Golden- truly sorry to see you go. I've loved playing with you and I respect your game hugely. Everyone here expected to be sitting at the end with you. You were at the core of everyone's alliance- that's why you were so good at this game and exactly why we had to get you out.

Elo- sorry to keep you in the dark. It had to be a btsc conversation.

Lorab- I'm sure you're upset by this. But golden made many many end game alliances (speedchuck was right...) and I don't know if ours would have been the one he honored. This was not my plan until recently and I never wanted to go against you. But I understand if you no longer trust me.

Youe requests do not have to match. You simply name 2 people and you will gain BTSC with them

Night 11: "It's Anybody's Game Now"

Five seemed like such an odd number, but at the same time, such a right number. The tribe was hushed after Golden stepped away. Players moreso wanted to have private conversations than be vocal about their thoughts.

Quin, LoRab and OptOut attempted to restart the fire for a second time in 2 days, and this time they succeeded! A roaring fire bellowed into the sky.
Elo sauntered to the water well and came back with water for the tribe!
Sorsha went out to fish in the surf, and came back with glorious fish!
Doodle found a book by Nitze and began contemplating his existence.

Then came the challenge.

Players were tasked with looking back on the game and the castaways that were voted out by answering a 20 question quiz.

Poll speculation: Tomorrow will have elements that incorporate strength, nimbleness, puzzle solving etc elements, so you're just picking the type of thing you want the disadvantage in.

I'm so glad we decided to talk about that one rather than burning all our energy!

If this restores food or energy, I'm happy to spend the next few days doing the camp stuff like stoking the fire and any shelter repairs so that those I don't take on reward can spend time fishing and resting
