So I just had a metagame-y idea: Since info dumping and claiming are allowed, if we all use a "password" derived from our role name and posted them in thread early, a false role claim from mafia would be immediately be apparent.

Thoughts?
Cool idea. I obviously haven't done this yet, and I see that some think it's not sporting. From what I'm told, "sporting" doesn't win the game. I'll try to work something in.

RIP Speedchuck, sorry you don't get to detect any lies.

Sorry for the inactivity - we've been traveling and attending/being part of a wedding this weekend. Should be a bit more active today, and certainly after today!

I think half the thread is people making excuses as to why they aren't here. :haha:

We have a little over 5 hours to vote. I'm going to read back on Rico's posts...it was rico that was lynched a baddie if I remember correctly, amd go from there. I'll try to hold off a bit until later in case someone decides to come in and talk to me. :)

Well...I didnt realize all rico did was post music videos until the end of day. I don't know who to look at for todat. I will now read through everything again. This isbjust so weird. I've never been in such a quiet game.

There was a slow pleasant movement in the air, scarcely a wind, promising a cool lovely day.
Before someone dies tonight...

Let's strike a little early. Wilgy, why are you town?
But I am not civ.
I am simply a doctor.
What made you pick me?

Epi is our host.
He probably gave fake claims.
Don't make me lynch you.

This would help baddies.
Assuming they have fake claims.
What say you dear Made?

I wanted to say boom too. But see... I ALWAYS see him as bad bad bad. So I thought maybe it was just myself getting in the way of reason.

Yeah, I've been out at a wedding and now having goodbye party for my brother, who is moving to Chicago this week. Sorry to add on the excuses train, but them's the facts.

Seems I'm getting piled on despite Wilgy literally saying he's not civ. Huh.

When have I ever claimed civ?
Lol, whatever dudes.

We should make a tie
Between the two who aren't here.
Punish wallflowers.

Let's kill Enrique,
And let's kill neverwhere now.
Anyone agree?

Neverwhere....has she not shiwn at all? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with her reasoning for leaving the last game she was in. Her daughter needed her attention. I hate to lynch a no-show civ, if that's what she is.

But how can you tell?
At least we have some content.
They are both a risk

An unneeded risk.
We dont have all game for this.
Refrigerator.

We have 1 more phase
To reliably clean house
But that is just me.

I'm not gonna bark
About killing the no shows
After this cycle.

There would be no point.
When we need to be hunting.
So oh well i guess.

I'm just afraid the no shows are civ. But then again, I have no good reason for voting any particular participating party. I'm at a loss.

Reason for why boomslang is bad? Um....he just always sounds that way to me.

I assume because he seemed to come across as defending Rico, who turned out to be bad? I don't really hold that against Boom though, since it felt a little too blatant for a teammate. I'll go ahead and vote Enrique as well, since this game really needs talkers more than not (and yes, I admit I've been part of the problem. We weren't supposed to be on our phones :noble: ).

Night 2

Enrique has been lynched. He was a vanilla civilian.

It is now Night 2. You have 24 hours to submit your PMs.

Ok, no more haikus. I can't handle it anymore. Idk how the hell Rico posts in gimmick.

Here's what's up. I'm the 3rd party tie breaker. I can win with either civs or mafia, and I'm no one's enemy.

I was waiting until I lynched a mafia to say anything as a sign of good faith towards the civs. Luckily, that happened day one.

I do need to survive for awhile in order to achieve my win condition. I won't say what that is.

As a sign of good faith towards the scum, I will not be hunting from here on out. I will vote day to day in accordance to my independent win condition.

As of right now, I have submitted a random list for who takes priority in a tie. I will not change this list until I die. Speaking of which, I can manipulate ties post mortem. If I do happen to be lynched, I will side all ties in what I think is favorable to mafia. To the opposite, if I'm nk'd I'll side all ties in what I think is favorable to civs (you see how that went with Rico).

To keep myself involved in the game somewhat. I will answer the first 2 questions presented to me from 2 separate players each day phase. I will not share my win condition regardless of question.

Shall we have some fun?

Yeah, I wanted to put a book quote in every post but that takes way too much work.

1. Why'd you take out Rico Day 1?
2. Who are you?

Cool stuff Wilgy. I respect your ability to abandon the gimmick for common sense.

It's late Sunday night here. Here's what's in my copy/paste thingy:

Boomslang
DFaraday
Dom
DrWilgy
Elohcin
Enrique
Long Con
Made
Neverwhere
nijuukyugou
Ricochet
speedchuck
TonyStarkPrime

Names. What I want to do to try and start taking part in this game is a review of everyone's posts. Shouldn't be too hard. But not now. Now I have to go to bed.
