I think tomorrow I'll send the role draws to all the maybes, if they pick one they are in.

Though it would be nice to know beforehand if people will play or not. I'm cancelling my Sunday movie session to host this game.

What are the phase lengths?

Havent thought in advance yet, so we can discuss. I'm thinking of a game with no more than 4 hours. So maybe ~30 min for the day and ~5 min for the night?

2 PM. Might be a bit early for me. I'll still play but the first hour or so will be hard since I work until 2:30 and it takes 15 minutes to get home, give or take. I'll try to be active, but since I'll be working a register, I can't make any promises about my involvement at the start lol

The first 15-30 min are likely to be spent drawing the roles anyway.

Some information: I can't host the game if there are more than 80% or less than 40% civ/town roles.
