Well, that was the quickest game I've ever played. Jay is clearly way better at this game than I am.

Today I went with the Britons. I've always had a soft spot for the longbowmen. If I want a min/max choice though I probably wouldn't take them.

I've never played against someone that rushed that quickly so I was ill prepared. I tend to wait as long as possible to build a military. Clear mistake.

To be fair the game was accelerated by that wacky turbo resource collection thing. It made it way too easy to jump to the Castle Age in like 12 minutes.

Yeah, that makes sense. I should have changed it back to Random Map, didn't think of it. Good match.

You all are welcome to play another one if you want; I should probably go to bed soon though. Let's definitely try to figure out a night for later this weekend.

Unfortunately, I have a somewhat sudden huge deadline Sunday evening, so unless I get my shit done early, I'm actually going to be unavailable this weekend after all. You all should play though. I'll definitely be back again the subsequent week/weekend.
