My BFF isn't coming down today.

She came last week to compensate, and my other BFF (it's a trio) is coming in a month.

I am thinking 30s will be pretty good. I have heard good things at least. I am still waiting for these things, but, I am sure they are coming soon.

I have got to say - and this is coming from someone who's knocking on.......*gulp* 40's door pretty darn hard...... I think each year gets better.

I really enjoyed my 30's. Like a lot. I grew way more comfortable with myself. Started caring a heck of a lot less about how I measured up against others and just started to appreciate me for me.

The aches and pains suck it. The fact that I do need solid sleep and can't run for 6 months on like 3 hours of sleep a day kinda sucks. I can't do as many things as I used to in my 20's. (God, I had so much ENERGY then.

) But that's good too because life should be enjoyed and not rushed through.
