The Sims Mafia

Either a side mission or a Job, just pitching my flag
I want this to be a mechanic heavy game that takes the fundamental aspects of some games (traits, lifetime reward points, emotions, relationships) and adapts it for mafia play.

Back when the Sims was on the Playstation and you could do couch Co-Op, Aces and I played together in a house with a couple of NPC Sims..
I stayed home, ran on the Treadmill and crafted garden gnomes all day. One day I filled our entire yard with garden gnomes. I may have also seduced his wife, and I recall one of us burning down the other's shed by blocking the door with a gnome.
