Why Jack over DDL?

More gut than anything else. I don't understand what his point was in that prolonged back and forth with me that ended with him saying:

1) He has a hard time with the notion he had accused me in an incredulous way but turned right around and said
2) He has a problem with anyone thinking he accused Mac of being scum, in other words he was incredulous

So what was the point of all that? It just tied me up unnecessarily.

I'm open to another vote. What do you see that made you vote DDL?

The point is to figure out if you believe the things you’re saying.

I’m seriously having a hard time with the idea that I’ve “accused” Juliets in a “blustery” or “incredulous” way.

I do agree with one thing in Speedchuck’s literary analysis, the implication that I have a problem with the idea that people actually think I scumread Mac when I said no such thing.

I have more problem with DDL basically declaring rvs votes without strong reasoning are scummy (I don’t think I’ve ever seen him go after say Mac on D1 and Mac explains maybe half his D1 votes) than I do with Juliets awkwardly sheeping a grammatical read.

Do people "actually" use certain words depending on whether they're bad or not?
So looks like its between ddl and jack currently.
Jack usually is overzealous when hes good and puts out a lot of random thoughts and jokes and things. When he was bad he seemed more chill. Right now I'm not sure. DDL for some reason I don't know how to read him. I just felt this game so far he could be bad.
Maybe they're both bad and trying for the town cred of voting one another so either way one of them can lead the game in the wrong direction. It happened in shock headed peter with jack and in world of flags sloonei killed a teammate for town cred so it's not unheard of.
As of right now though I'm leaning a DDL vote. He puts a lot of stock into the random vote thing when it seems like that's what a lot of people tend to do early game before they make a final decision.

What does that tell you about Sabie if I’m scum? If I’m town?

If you're scum, it nudges the odds of her being scum up the meter by a smidgen or two.
Not appreciably, though. It may just be that she thinks DDL is the slightly scummier option, like she said.

I haven't ruled out a Jack/DDL team yet, anyway. Sabie hasn't said or committed enough to anything to be compatible or incompatible with anyone.

I wasn't really defending jack more so trying to decipher which version of him we have this game. Out of the two options currently I felt worse about DDL.

His read on Jack is fake. His gripe with the Mac vote and the argument that followed are contrived.

Ok. I can see where the read of Jack might be fake. I also found in another game Community Mafia where he throws out what appears to be a random vote himself so that strategy appears to be one he's ok with. So I get it, I'll change my vote.

I don't like the Jack wagon, it came too fast and with too little resistance. Likely a mislynch.

I had a similar thought but with lots of doubt. Your approach is tmi. I think you are bad and Jack is good.

I don’t think Leetic nixes the prefered lynch train of his only partner, who also happens to be trying to lynch his only partner. Locking him in as town until he gives me a reason to doubt him.

Which makes Mac’s response to this not the best. ESP since Speed is majorly easy to push. The running joke of Speed always being mafia plus a similar thought process to mine and I always gather early votes regardless of my alignment. Like if I had to pick a player to try to mislynch from the word go, I pick Speed. Not cause he’s an easy mislynch but because the suspicion is easy to justify. Of course, Mac doesn’t even try to justify it so...idk.
