In FTL Mafia, you will be the pilot of one of the above ships. If you are a Civilian Ship, you must eliminate the Rebel Ships, while the Pirates have their own agenda.

Civilian Ships have one base ability and are able to earn scrap. Scrap enables these ships to purchase upgrades and enhancements.

Rebel Ships have set abilities and cannot purchase anything new.

The Pirates do their thing.

Hello and welcome to The Syndicate.

Rules will be made clear, as they are in every Mafia game hosted here.

Mechanics will not necessarily be made public information. Each player will know his or her role, alignment, Night power(s), and the "scrap system" which is used to expand your vessel's abilities.

I've never played anything but 24hr combined day-night phases so I'm down for whatever is the overall consensus.

It is not constant, obviously, but it's still quite active, especially at certain time of days. Most of us are in the US or Canada, so afternoons and evenings in those timezones are usually the hotspots, as well as the last hour or so before Day phases end.

Corrupt!? just ended yesterday and is generally representative of the standard activity level in our games.

I have Memorial Day activities going on this afternoon, so I expect we will get started some time tonight (I'm thinking around 9pm EST). There will be a 24-hour Day 0 that will permit everyone to read their roles, familiarize themselves with the rules and mechanics, check in, do a thing (you'll see), and banter. After that, Day 1 will begin.

Note that the setup will be slightly different from what's in my second post (which has a players list I see I have neglected

).
