Welcome to It's a Mysterious Universe Mafia! A couple things:

Four players start the game out of the thread. They are players in the game and there is a mechanic for them to join the thread. They may not vote or be voted for until they are in the thread. They cannot be targeted by normal means until they are in the thread.

Days will be approximately 48 hours long (adjusted to fit my schedule). Nights will be approximately 24 hours long, possibly longer if necessary. If someone receives 2/3 of the votes they will die and the day will end (example: 12 players alive and in thread, Dunya receives 8 votes, the day will end and Dunya will die). Votes made in the poll are the official count--if a hammer is reached please screenshot it and send it to me.

The town wincon is: You are town, and you win when all the mafia are eliminated.

There is no generic VT role PM. All role PMs are customized, do not angleshoot them.

Characters and abilities are not alignment-indicative. There are no claim restrictions beyond “don’t quote your role PM.”

I'm lost. What does "out of the thread" mean? Are they not allowed to read the thread, or just not allowed to post/vote? (I assume the latter because it's much easier to enforce.) Are they in the playerlist or a separate category? Because if they're in the playerlist we should just have everyone check in to see who's missing and out of the thread.

I like LC jumping on a perceived slip. It's not a real slip, but being attentive to scumslips is townie (mafia know exactly who the mafia are most of the time and don't care) and the way he handled it doesn't look like scum trying to drum up suspicion based on a poor choice of wording.

I'm agitating to play with, I think. I lean towards banter D1 and poking holes in reads/theories, but it's not often that I make a case myself unless it's mechanical. I don't like theory meta and only opt for player meta when it's a consistent trend (e.g. I'll say something is in someone's wolf meta if it's something I've seen them do every single time they rand wolf).

With D1s, I'm usually outspoken in that it's tough to give a genuine read, barring a screw-up from a wolf or exceptionally anti-town play. I generally veer towards "D1 is a gut shot at best." But D1 behaviour can become relevant later too.

I never do walls. And I've only done an ISO once in 14 games. The closest I get to an ISO is remembering something someone said and then trying to go find it.

What do you mean by “theory meta”?

Stuff like certain roles being inherently town or wolf. I also once had someone call me a wolf because I used the word "honestly."
