Also if your not a fan of things I'd just not sign up instead of clogging up the thread.

we are mafia players who read a lot of posts, thats what mafia is, i think the accusation of clogging up the sign up thread is silly
conversations are good, if i was running a complex open setup i'd love to hear feedback, and i think for long con its the same
@DkKoba please dont perceive the posts that were thrown at you as an accurate representation of what the syndicate is :P

I pretty much exclusively run complex open setup games, and they have consistently gone for many days, and have come within a choice or two of either side winning.

maybe I did? it seemed to me like they were complaining about the game being complex and having a lot of variables, and then stated that they would rather sign up for a game that wasn't either of those things, but they couldn't because there weren't any.

I dont believe so! In their opinion the game is too easily broken / abused by town
I personally disagree even though it is guaranteed that a mafia member will be yeeted almost every single day (just like it happened in sprityo's game). i find the unlimited soup kill that can kill unlimited number of people strong enough to compensate

I agree with this post. If the sign up thread is generating posts is because people are interested in the concept. That's great!

I’d say strongman should probably pierce it, but I don’t know that there’s a clear right answer.

Correct, only nightkills.

I've never used a post limit before. One previous 30-player game had 5000 posts over 16 day/night phases. Another had 7200 posts over 13 phases. Both with open nights.

What's the standard daykill - public or private?
Depends on the game—this one I’d say private probably makes more sense, if it’s public there’s not much point in the reload mechanic sense inheritors would know who they are.
