Paste the things you are really into right now!

I'm really into Perrier (especially grapefruit variety) right now.

I'm really into having a mug of miso soup at night right now.

I'm really into National Geographic specials right now.

Pineapple is so great! I will eat it until I have those bumps on my tongue. I need to get of Montreal's latest. Today I got the latest from: M83, David Byrne, Shout Out Louds, Stars, and Rogue Wave; I'm surprised I didn't get them too. I'm weird about the fan - I like to have it on, but I have to be under layers of blankets, even in the summer. I think the weight is what I like more than the heat.

This may seem a bit strange, but I've recently come to think that people are kind of awesome. I think I like them better than dogs and almost as much as flowers.

Recording is now once again a joy and not a hassle. So excited to get this third album out there. :guitar:

I'm really into B-12 shots right now. They make me feel less murdery (angry grizzly) and more like my default state (cuddly bear cub).

I'm really into that new show Siberia. It's not my typical fare, but we binge-watched 3 episodes last night.

Kinda getting into this new novel The Fifth Wave. Alien invasion fluff.

Aww Vomp. I'm glad you like people.

Folk art, like traditional Norwegian Rosmaling and Irish Hedge furniture. Not sure why, but i have been way into that kind of stuff for a while. Also really into veggies with pasta, like i had tortelloni with brussels sprouts and asparagus tips in a an olive oil , garlic and rosemary base. I want to eat that every day, lol.

I did see Coffee & Cigs. The scene with Waits and Iggy is hilarious. I also just saw Down by Law again, liked it so much better than the first time.

Its that time of year again and I'm totally obsessed with fantasy football. I play in a league on rm and one on Headville. And by obsessed I mean I'm studying on several different fantasy websites, listening to a fantasy webcast every day, following more than a few fantasy experts on Twitter, and taking tons of notes getting ready for the draft.

Salad for dinner every night with romaine, fresh basil, cilantro, and tarragon, radishes, egg white, onion, mandarin oranges a sprinkle of almonds and blue cheese, a slice of beet (like the Lobster Pot Mongoose) and a dynamite evoo and balsamic glaze.

I would totally eat that! I usually can't stop at just one slice of beet though. I found a fig-infused balsamic glaze at Mazzaro's Italian Market and am obsessed with that.

I've also been rather obsessed with YA dystopia lately, but I think I am finally weening that kick.

Sorry for the double post, but I also love green drinks (vegetable drinks, fresh from Whole foods is my fav). I get all greens, a green apple, ginger, a lemon and lime. Sometimes with a shot of wheat grass. It sounds so gross but its delish!

Mongoose wrote:I love stuff like that! I like kale, blueberries, lemon juice, cayenne, ginger and watermelon. Good for removing bloat. I usually have it after we have bean burritos on Thursdays at Tijuana Flats.
It certainly is good for all things digestive. :srsnod:

I usually have a bit of chia diluted into some tea every day to help with that same thing.

Mongoose wrote:I would totally eat that! I usually can't stop at just one slice of beet though. I found a fig-infused balsamic glaze at Mazzaro's Italian Market and am obsessed with that.

I've also been rather obsessed with YA dystopia lately, but I think I am finally weening that kick.
I'm finally reading Catching Fire. Eh.

Mmm that sounds good. I would totally add some toasted hazelnuts though. mmm. At one point recently I made a spur-of-the-moment salad out of stuff I had in the kitchen -- some lettuce, toasted hazelnuts, gorgonzola, fresh nectarines, crunchy sesame sticks, and Trader Joe's Goddess tahini dressing. Delicious.

One of my favorite salads is Traffic Lights salad. In a parfait glass, cut up a a bunch of cucumbers or avocados. Then layer on top of that roasted corn or baby corn. Then on top layer a bunch of tomatoes (or red peppers if you don't like tomatoes). Sprinkle a vinaigrette (a rice wine vinaigrette is nice!) on top and enjoy stopping traffic with delicious taste.
