Please be aware that we have disabled the "ignore user" feature on the site as of today. This wasn't meant to be available in the first place, and now it has been resolved. The administrator team agrees that this feature invites as much toxicity as it prevents, and that it also presents problems for game integrity and game fairness. We have our Moderator on Duty / Game facilitator feature instead, and prefer a more personal approach to conflict resolution. Our MoDs are always happy to engage with and hear from players in any of our games regarding matters of toxicity, feelings of inordinate discomfort or of being unsafe, or general game-related frustrations relating to other players or hosts. Likewise, you may always approach an administrator if you feel a problem is egregious or dangerous enough that you'd prefer not address it with a MoD. My cyber-door is always open.
