Gods die. And when they truly die they are unmourned and unremembered. Ideas are more difficult to kill than people, but they can be killed, in the end.

Shadow is a man with a past. But now he wants nothing more than to live a quiet life with his wife and stay out of trouble. Until he learns that she's been killed in a terrible accident. Flying home for the funeral, as a violent storm rocks the plane, he is greeted by a strange man in the seat next to him. The man calls himself Mr. Wednesday, and he knows more about Shadow than is possible. He warns Shadow that a far bigger storm is coming. And from that moment on, nothing will ever be the same.

There have been quite a few changes (sadly, most of the changes are in the secret stuff ), and it will be being updated continuously until the game runs. It will migrate to the second post of this thread.

Welcome to the Treasure Hunt

There will be three prizes awarded, all will be equal in value.

One prize is for the first completed entry (completed=ALL items gathered, and all answers related to the question~ for instance, we will NOT accept multiple copies of the same picture)

One for the Most Original Entry (highest amount of original answers, meaning answers other people have not turned in as well)

One for the funniest entry; if JC and I do not agree, we will put it in the hands of a neutral third party. This could be the entry as a whole, or a specific item in the entry.

Please send all in ONE PM. ONE PM sent to both JC and I. Even though I do most of the talking, NEVER EVER forget JC now or at any time in the game. I am all talk, JC is all action.

This is all about GODS. For purposes of the contest (not debate, lol) we are looking for non-Judeo/Christian Gods since finding pictures of Jesus would be too easy Although technically, he is an avatar and not a God, we WILL accept Buddha in his various incarnations. The God must be recognizable (or able to be Googled) dieties, no made up by you Gods~ we will accept recently um, recognized Gods like the FSM, & Cthulhu.

You have 48 hours from now to submit your finds

1~ Find a picture of a Diety with an animal

2~ Find a picture of a Diety that IS an animal

3~ Find a Video of a Diety dancing

4~Find a picture of Gods from two (or more) different pantheons together

You see where we're going with this?

Write a poem about Cthulhu; an ode to his awesomeness, a haiku, an Epic. Any form you like. It does not even have to rhyme Submit it to Juliets & I via PM, and It will then be submitted for the approbation of ALL the Gods (and Titans), which will result in one winner.

If you won the first contest, you can submit, but you cannot win. If your entry wins the popular vote, you will know how awesome you are, but the next highest entry will get the gold

24 hours to write it and submit it, and another 24 to vote on it (via Bolded Post).
