Based on long standing familiarity and a total lack of trying not to look like a blustering curmudgeon, I think Epi is town. He's not locktown, but I do think he's not bad. I kinda feel the same about Radishes; his pushback, kinda like yours, against me yesterday felt sincere. It almost felt like he thought the whole thing was kinda distasteful (which it was, tbh. But it happened, so I talked about it~ but it's not the way any baddie wants to get caught) more so than that he was trying to save Belzy.

I am very willing to discuss Wilgy, and Falcon, too, though. I would like to come to some kind of consensus by end of day. I think having 4 or 5 vanity wagons at eod each game is a part of why town never wins, tbh.

I'm down to go over at this point. We're in a good position and if it prevents an uncertainty at endgame that's cool with me. I do not expect myself to be an informed player for at least this cycle anyhow.

There's one thing I thought looked slightly good for Falcon:

Your off to some festival or so? Enjoy.

So falcon will relatively miss d1? Hmpf, that is 3 ppl (also Kate and MR) who are not real d1 options.
It feels like Belzy wanted him to be a d1 option.

It’s been an exhausting day; I’ve been following along but have been struggling to form the words of what I think.

I guess to sum up my main thoughts, I trust SVS most. And I think she has two solid points today about Thunal being most probably town at this point given their interactions, and that Wilgy is a strong contender for mafia and probably needs to be solved sooner rather than later.
I don’t necessarily think Sean is mafia for their Thunal suspicion. Zenon defended Belzy a lot, but in a frustrated way, and not sure I can see that coming from a teammate.
I think I thought MR sounded decent earlier, so have to take a more solid look at that case and compare it to my earlier thoughts.

Master Radishes wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 5:06 am Damn, do I have to be the one to do Serious Game Stuff here? It's not really my thing.

Macro thing: Zenon feels like she's posting just for the sake of keeping a presence.

Micro thing 1:
Zenon wrote: Fri Jul 21, 2023 4:42 pm I only join games with at least 3 people I like now it's my new rule.

Congrats I like at least 3 of you
Objective fact: this was the worst opening post of anyone. It was neither Sesame Street related, nor a generic 'hi' or 'yay' or whatever, nor a generic shit post like 'hmm'. It shows Zenon thinking about herself, and a self-centred perspective is a scummy trait.

Micro thing 2 (will put this sequence in spoilers):
Spoiler: show
robyn wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 12:07 am brad is lock mafia

Zenon is LOCK SCUM.

Discuss.
Lock scum seems like a stretch. Does zenon not often say to be bored?

This all is still based on very little. Your very early with such detailed read list this time. This does not make you necessirily town. Mostly thin air imo.

You complain about how slow the game is, state that you want us to work together to decide on an elim, but then when I actually put in the work to help town do just that (yes, off very little, but how exactly do you expect there to be "a lot" if people don't start with the little bit at the beginning of the game?), this is your response?

Nah.

[VOTE: Belzy] aubergine
I would try to work together where I think I should. You seem to try too hard to look town. I want you to be town, because your reads have been the best in our past few games, but this time you make very early cases I fail to see anything I can engage or agree with.

Now you vote for me. I think you just wanna get rid of me. Is that it?
Goading Sean into an argument imo.

Why is your vote on Zenon?

Wilg so far made lol votes on MR and Kate, a naked vote on Zenon, and that's it.

Come on. Why is half the thread doing nothing? 24 hrs have passed.
Slightly bad look for Wilgy. She’s offering him an in to get into the game rather than actually pushing him.

Belzy wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 12:54 pm So we cannot vote for Kate and MR, Ted says to be slanking, Falcon is off to some band, musical or festival thingy, Wilg only puts in naked votes, and some other players still have like 1 game related post, and Sean tunnels me cuz I am CWAC. [Censored]

Can you give me reads on the people who are posting?

Do you still think MR is bad?

What do you think of {Kate, SVS, Thunal, Lime}?

In a world where both of us are town, is there anyone that looks like a wolf trying to capitalize on my push on you?
Kate looks townly, SVS null, Thunal townly, Lime null, MR null. I think Ted could be wolf. Wilg and Falcon are bottom posters, so null. I don't have many scumreads.

Not sure about the last part.
Slight + for Ted. She feels afraid to actually push him.
Belzy wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 2:18 pm Epi is playing tooooo, damn, another null! 2 postsssss
Slight - for Epi.
Belzy wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 2:24 pm Wilg, Falcon, epi and Finger are null cuz lack of posting. Wilg made some votes, one poll related. Which is very meh.

Thunal and Zenon are the two I won't vote for today pretty sure.

Ted, Sean, Robyn, Lime and SVS are all in my poe along w/ the 4 bottom posters. That is way too many.
Slight - for Wilgy. Why is Wilgy the only one that needs to be explained here?
Belzy wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 3:11 pm
Master Radishes wrote: Sat Jul 22, 2023 3:09 pm I disagree with your disagreement.
Why? Is it typical for a whole human day to pass and people lacking content on here?
So many complaints about people being null and not having enough content that it feels like a fixation on it. I’d guess Belzy has at least one low volume partner.
Belzy wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 2:54 am
I am struggling to comprehend a real reason what makes Kate wolf here. Her vote on you... looking into Zenon voters... saying you're gonna slank... for a singular post... or just naked voting... okay, I wrote them down so I won't forget your reasons.
Slight good look for Ted.
Belzy wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 1:15 pm
S~V~S wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 10:41 am OK, I just searched Belzys ISO for "ted" and her main reasons for voting him seem to be "I want more posts from ted".

Am I missing something? Is this just a pressure vote?
The main focus on Kate while we could not vote for her, to then self-press vote for me, wasn't a good look imo. It took Ted forever to do something else, like going after Epi. Which makes a slighty better look on Ted, but I still am not sold on Ted.
Somewhat good for Ted.
Belzy wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 1:47 pm LC still got vote on me based on me trying to figure out why 2 ppl are not in the poll. Come on.
Seems like genuine annoyance at LC, slight good look.

I will iso LC and make a post on LC, also to make sure I am not going into OMGUS mode.
Feels like a reaction to LC’s vote on her which is a slight good look.
Belzy wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 3:45 pm We could just CFD DrWilg for trolling...

Thunal33 wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 5:02 pm I did a recheck of my reasons to townread my townreads because I'm pretty sure I miscleared at least one.

Sean - His depth of thought, Belzy tunnel, and being out there with his reads I fairly strongly associate with town Seanzie.
Belzy - Her reaction to Sean’s suspicion and being determined to not go into OMGUS mode, her really wanting to get the game going.
SVS - Generally good observations, self-meta of putting herself out there checks out with se7en and what I remember from GoC
Zenon - mech reactions were towny, shield on robyn looks towny regardless of robyn’s alignment
Ted - mindmelded on the Kate push, putting himself out there
Master Radishes - talking about immunity was level 1 good, exercise to make a consensus PoE was towny

The easier to fake/weaker reasons imo are Ted and MR. After this exercise I actually townread Zenon more than I townread SVS but still below Sean and Belzy. I don’t feel comfortable throwing away any of these townreads.
Thunal gives me enough reason to not vote her.

Robyn, Ted, Wilg... I could vote here...
Slightly bad look for Wilgy that she’s trying to suggest other wagons here.
Belzy wrote: Sun Jul 23, 2023 5:07 pm I could also vote LC
“Oh yeah, LC exists too!” this feels like, so it’s slightly good for LC.

I'm considering changing my vote to Wilgy.

You give me allergies. If you survive day and night, and also post d2 like this, I will advocate your lynch.
Similarly to MR I feel like Belzy sees Wilgy as a safe push. I actually think that mindset looks worse for MR than it does for Wilgy since Belzy was comfortable poking MR despite him being a fairly active player with some influence, but I could see Belzy being comfortable poking trolling t!Wilgy.

I think this is a slight good look for Wilgy. If they were w/w Belzy might go for maximum credit and just call him a wolf.

There’s not a whole lot of useful spew d2 since imo Belzy was in antispew for a lot of it.

I thought Belzys entire roster of interactions with Wilgy was distancing.

She kept talking about him, she mentioned turning him twice, kept poking him but never made a serious effort, or any effort really, to get him yeeted.

I think Wilgy has the most partner equity for Belzy.

Mainly because i’ve never seen wolves do that type of post on wolf partners before. If you are w/w you’d be accustomed to that person in your wolfchat obv

There is 1 scenario where it’d make sense as w/w but idk if im entertaining it yet

SVS, Splints, and Seanzie look very good from spew and I really don't see any of them teamed with Belzy. Zenon and Ted look good to a lesser degree.

I still feel like Belzy was making a show out of voting Wilgy more than really pushing for him. I think she didn't expect me to change my vote to him and was more moaning about why we can't CFD Wilgy than actually trying to get a CFD on Wilgy.

I have mixed feelings on MR. It felt like Belzy was genuinely annoyed about mislims being taken away from her d1, but she also pushed MR early in a way that suggested she was comfortable doing it and I'm not sure if she'd be that comfy on a townie.

i think the good part for Mr is that belzy and mr seemed to have pointless banter interactions and putting sticks in each other’s wheels when it came to pushes, 2 things that partners don’t really like doing

for the first part, because w/w interactions are meant to have some point

for the second, for obvious reasons, you don’t stop your team’s agenda

She voted him in the middle of the day. A few minutes after Thunal moved off of him, she did as well (with her stop on Thunal inbetween), over an hour before EOD, and she ended up on Robyn.

She made some cute posts like this about an hour after her Robyn vote, like my fave, this one:

IMO, this person isn't interested in yeeting Wilgy, she's interested in getting people to think she suspects him.

This was her last mention of Wilgy, an hour before EOD. If she *really* wanted to flashwagon him, she had time.

And this is where she starts trying to draw out Thunal. Sher didn't bring up Wilgy again.

She isn't remotely interested in flashwagoning Wilgy, she only brings it up when it isn't feasible. She never mentioned him again in the last hour.
