There are NO vanilla roles in this game
There are unconventional aspects to this game, but know that the hosts will never lie to you.
NO INFODUMPING/ROLE-CLAIMING. This means no fake claiming, or outing of host-derived information gleaned from action results or Behind-the-Scenes-Chats, etc. (If you think something you are saying could be overstepping, please ask us first). This is in place to maintain game integrity.
If you are told to vote for a specific person, or are given a task or a curse, IT IS UNDERSTOOD that you are not to make it obvious. Don't overstep this line.
It is our policy to not allow prize discussion in our games. If you did (or did not) win a prize at any time in the game, please do not discuss this in the thread
No Angleshooting. We all know what straight-up cheating looks like (posting screenshots of host communications, illegal BTSC, etc). I don't care for anything that even remotely resembles cheating. Play both within the rules and within the authentic spirit of Mafia -- to sort the game exclusively with the content of this game thread, any legal BTSC, and/or your own role card. If you are considering something that you think might skirt the line, please ask the hosts first.
Knowingly violating these rules can undermine the balance and integrity of the game and as such will be strictly penalized

POSTING, VOTING AND ACTIONS:

Votes are changeable
Votes MUST be both in-thread AND the poll to count
No hammer
Ties will not result in no-elimination
Self-voting does not count
There is no double-targeting in consecutive cycles
Actions are due 2 HOURS before End of Phase
Please post at least once a day. We are not afraid of modkilling anyone for lack of posting.
If you have not posted for two cycles without first informing the hosts (out of town, etc) you will be modkilled. There are no replacements and we expect participation from a champion such as yourself.
If you miss two dayvotes, no worries. It happens to everyone. If you miss three or more, you will be roleblocked each night it happens thereafter.

The town wincon is:

You are town, and win when all threats to town have been eliminated.

All site wide rules are also still in effect.

Coach SVS approached the back of the East Facility, staring at the heavy chains wrapped around the doors. But these were easily dispatched by her giant polar bear arms taking barreling swipes at the chains.

The small group of athletic hopefuls cheered, as SVS chuckled smugly. Upon entering the pitch, the group was immediately assaulted with a strong odor of paint.
The first thing the group saw was a bright floor, possibly made of concrete, with a MafiaSportsball pitch painted lime green. Looking around, players saw some errant banners celebrating a recent bat mitzvah, and two low-hanging disco balls.

SVS nodded to herself, looking around. “Well, it’s a fixer-upper for sure. And the new paint fumes will probably make a few of you pass out. But that’s a chance I’m willing to take to be the best.”

“We start training now. Some of you may not make it out of here alive, but for the majority of you, you’re going to be part of a championship team. I know I say that every year, but this one smells different.”

As if on cue, one player almost fainted towards the front.

“I know, I know. It’s a lofty goal but we’ll get there as long as you believe in yourself. Good luck. Let’s do some scrimmage.”

Day 1 has begun. Day 1 will end January 29th at 7pm Eastern.

When the team showed up to their facility, a new notice, printed on a boldly-colored multicolor slab, was posted on the bulletin board.

Upon closer inspection, it was just titled 'WEST FACILITY' and listed names and corresponding checkboxes beneath it. When Coach Scotty arrived to open up the equipment lockers, someone asked him what the purpose of the list was, and Scotty shrugged. "Dunno. Never seen that before in my life. Also I can't read."

That looks fairly random to me

I was suspicious at first when I saw that all of my scumreads were totally coincidentally in a different thread whilst all of the people who routinely tinfoil me for bad reasons as town are in the same thread.

But then I saw that WWA is in this thread and I'm fairly sure they're mafia so I don't think that any more

Like as town WWA would just ignore it as implied in their post, but for some reason they feel the need to comment on it. Also it's just ??? because it isn't an opening that made people feel less welcome, dunno what that was about.

2. #190 kind of solidified it for me. Like nutella isn't calling falc scum here, they are shading you for the same reason I am, it doesn't have anything to do with me thinking falcon is explicity town *(though I have taken note there were people that have defended falcon, kinda wanna look at that as soon as i read up on stuff).

I have read both Dizzy's and MR's content from night 0, thanks for coming to my TED talk because i have nothing to say about either one right now LOL

Oh and I also disliked #250 from porscha, seemed rather overthought out

I never said nutella called falcon scum, I said I'M not calling falcon TOWN. because nut said i should just call falcon town for whatever fucking reason when I don't even townread him. nutella called falcon town for interacting with the thread but I stand by my call that it was all fluff.

well the last time i played with porscha as mafia she afked most of day 1 and then got caught so running around with actual reads in a rather chaotic gamestate and boldly threatening to vig me while I have claimed a "good role" and seem to generally be fearless of death/pressure... i would say she's not in her mafia meta.

Is it possible that she's faking it? Sure. She's not an awful wolf despite what I just said (part of the afk stuff was planned in mafia chat and she had teammates bussing and etc.). But I don't feel she is mafia, especially not over a lot of other players in the game.
