2. Log in to your new account.
3. Sign up using your new account (you may post in this thread saying as much).
4. Do not change the avatar or signature.
5. Change your password.
6. Adjust the Time stamp settings and DST / Summer time setting to be in compliance with your location.
7. Do not use your new account to post anywhere else. Before you hit "submit," note the account you are using.

What strikes me as odd is that almost every game I've hosted, we struggle to fill up, and when we do, 2 or 3 people pop in and go, "Man, I just missed this! I guess I'll be a replacement."
